Therese Dolezal is a Financial Advisor and partner of the Walsh Group, a highly experienced team focusing on innovative wealth management for high-net-worth executives and their families.

Therese works with corporate executives to develop strategies for equity compensation, tax mitigation, estate planning and wealth transfer, and managing concentration risk from large company stock positions. Therese and her team pride themselves on an incessant attention to detail, efficiency, and streamlined processes to deliver the one thing their clients can never get enough of—time.

Therese has spent her entire 17+ year career in Wealth Management, starting with Raymond James Financial Services in Orlando, Florida. After coming to Morgan Stanley in 2011, Therese was promoted six times in 12 years allowing her the unique ability to analyze a client’s situation from multiple perspectives.
Therese earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority and women’s intramural basketball team. In 2020 she also obtained the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ designations deepening her experience in all areas of a client’s financial life.

She currently resides in Riverside, Illinois with her husband and three daughters. She is an active member of St. Paul VI Parish and St. Mary’s Catholic school in Riverside and in her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, crafting, and chasing after her three kids. On Saturdays in the fall, you can find Therese watching college football and rooting on her Florida Gators.

    Lauderdale, FL. Victoria supports clients and advisors of the Walsh Nicklow Group with
    everything from account opening and maintenance, money movement, Morgan Stanley
    online tutorials, and more. Her main focus is to help ensure each individual experiences
    the highest level of service and white glove experience that Morgan Stanley is known
    for delivering. Victoria graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's
    Degree in Finance and holds active Series 7 and 66 licenses. In her free time, Victoria
    enjoys reading, running, and exploring the beautiful city of Chicago.

About Mike Manson

Mike Manson is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management and Wealth Management offices in Illinois.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Mike began his career in financial services in 2010 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Wealth Strategist and Banking Consultant at UBS. He also was a Bank Manager at BMO Harris Bank.

Mike is a graduate of Roosevelt University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He also received a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Finance from Northwestern University.
Mike and his family reside in Glenview, Illinois. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys early morning workouts, golf, and playing 12-inch softball.

About Mamta Shah

Mamta Shah is the Trust Specialist based in Chicago, covering the Midwest Region. Morgan Stanley provides a full array of personal and institutional trust services to high net worth clients of the firm. Mamta’s responsibilities include educating Financial Advisors and their clients on the open architecture trust service model and helping them identify opportunities to leverage the trust partners on the platform.

Before joining Trust Services in 2010, she was the Wealth Analyst with the Chicago based Wealth Planning Center at Morgan Stanley. Mamta was responsible for providing information and education on a full range of income and estate tax topics and concerns.

Prior to joining the Planning Center team in 2006, Mamta was Vice President of an Independent Investment Advisory Firm. She worked closely with the clients of the firm on a variety of financial planning and investment advisory services.

Mamta obtained her bachelor’s degree from Babson College with a major in Finance/Entrepreneurship. Mamta is a licensed CPA and holds a CFP® designation, She has been in the financial services industry since 1999. She is Series 7, 63, 65 and life/health insurance licensed. She is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. She lives in Chicago with her family.

About Lynn King

Lynn R. King is a Family Office Resource Generalist for the Mid-America region. She has over 15 years of experience working with families, family offices, and their attorneys, CPAs and financial advisors on issues unique to the UHNW client. Lynn started her career as an attorney in Illinois working with closely held businesses across the country on a broad range of topics, including entity structuring, estate planning, business succession and tax. She then joined New York Life Insurance as a Corporate Vice President in their Advanced Planning Group. In this role she expanded on her experience from private practice and engaged with clients on complex business and personal planning needs.
Lynn joined Morgan Stanley in September of 2020. As the Family Office Resource Generalist, Lynn provides advice and strategies to UHNW families. To that end, she assists families with the creation of family mission statements. She also educates adults and children on how to be good stewards of generational wealth. She engages with resources in philanthropy, wealth and estate planning and trust management to ensure the UHNW clients of the Firm are able to accomplish their goals.
Lynn received her undergraduate degree in Finance and Political Science from the University of Illinois- Urbana-Champaign. She attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois where she obtained her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and is licensed to practice law in Illinois. She also holds her Series 7 and 66.
