About Robert A Woosley

Robert focuses on the specific needs and circumstances of The Woosley Cattelino Fawley Group’s clients as he prepares detailed financial plans, advises on estate issues, and integrates Social Security, Medicare, insurance considerations and long term care alternatives into each client’s overall review.  His educational background and experience allow him to advise businesses, individuals, non-profits, and associations with an unmatched level of sophistication.

Robert has a B.S. degree from Louisiana State University in Quantitative Business Analysis and Accounting and was awarded his M.B.A. degree from LSU as well. He received his Jurist Doctorate (J.D.) from Southern University Law Center and is a licensed (though non-practicing) attorney in Louisiana.  Robert is also a licensed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Robert has taught business and finance courses at LSU and Southern University for over 15 years. He was a track and field athlete and participated in the 2000 Olympic Trials. He maintains his connection to this sport by coaching young athletes and volunteering with the LSU Track and Field Officials Association. He is a board member of the Capital Area Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and past president of the City of Central Kiwanis Club.

About Rachel J. Cattelino

Rachel’s role with The Woosley Cattelino Fawley Group is constructing investment portfolios for our clients. She provides market and economic updates through regular portfolio reviews. Rachel also focuses on ancillary solutions utilizing insurance, annuities and alternative investments.

Rachel is originally from the Kansas City area and moved to Baton Rouge to earn her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University with a major in Marketing. She also completed her M.B.A. at LSU in 2010. Rachel has been with Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms since 2005 and is Series 7, 66 and insurance licensed. She also holds the Senior Portfolio Management Director title within our firm which allows her to manage client portfolios on a discretionary basis. Rachel was named by Forbes as one of the Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In-State in 2024.

Rachel currently serves on the board of the Baton Rouge Alumnae Panhellenic Council which promotes community service and scholarship fundraising. She also serves on the board of the Baton Rouge Alum club of PI Beta Phi and is a member of the Business Associates of Baton Rouge, an organization of professional business people.

About Denise Scurria

An industry veteran with more than three decades of experience, Denise currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Wealth Management Associate for the group. She began her career in 1983 and served as Operations Manager for a Global Wealth Management firm in Baton Rouge from 1991-2009.

Denise ultimately made the transition into a client service role upon joining Morgan Stanley in 2009 and has been working with Paul, Rachel and Rob ever since.

As Wealth Management Associate, Denise plays a vital role on the team and often serves as a key liaison between clients and the group’s financial advisors. Her areas of responsibility include overseeing the team’s operational procedures as well as assisting with marketing and business development, client contact management and planning client events and seminars. Denise often assists clients with getting paperwork and important documents properly completed and processed on time and also educates clients on the services the group offers. She is Series 7, Series 9/10, Series 63 and Series 66 licensed.

Originally from Point Coupee Parish, Denise and her husband of 28 years, Steve, now call the Baton Rouge area home. She is a member of the Krewe of Artemis—Baton Rouge’s first and only all-female Mardi Gras Krewe. When away from the office, Denise and Steve enjoy taking in the rich culture of South Louisiana, taking occasional day trips to nearby towns and cities. However, the couple most enjoys spending quality time with family, especially their three grandchildren.

About Allison Nosacka

Allison joined the group in 2018, bringing with her nearly 10 years of financial services experience at Morgan Stanley and it’s predecessor firms. As Client Service Associate, she plays an integral role on the team as she is often the first point of contact for clients who call in to discuss their accounts. Allison assists with the client onboarding process and ensures that documents are properly filled out and processed in a timely manner. She also helps clients with their routine cash management needs, such as distributions, deposits and transfers.

Born and raised in nearby Gramercy, Allison attended Louisiana State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in 2010. Although she now resides in Baton Rouge, Allison still enjoys spending much of her free time back in her hometown with close family and friends, especially nieces and nephews. Allison and her loved ones have been proactive in the fight against cancer, having participated in the St. James Relay for Life for the past six years.
