Together, Doug and Steve have more than 45 collective years of industry experience, providing customized advice and comprehensive wealth management services to high net worth individuals, families and business owners living in the greater Philadelphia area and across the northeast.

Over the years, we have developed a strong understanding of economics and are well versed in the equity and fixed income markets. We have cultivated skills in investment management, as well as retirement, estate and business succession planning. Most importantly, we take pride in our ability to effectively communicate advanced concepts and put them into action.

    Doug and Steve’s passion for helping clients is equaled only by their dedication to family and our local community.

    Doug and his wife live in Bethlehem with their three sons. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family, watching his children’s sporting events and pursuing his passion for fly fishing. Doug is currently a member of the Endowment & Investment Committees at Moravian Academy, where he served an eight-year tenure on the Board of Trustees. He is also a member of the Board of Governors at Saucon Valley Country Club, which was recognized as one of the world’s Top 100 Most Prestigious Private Golf Clubs by LINKS Magazine.

    Steve resides in Allentown with his wife and their two children. He currently serves as a Board Member and Treasurer at The Hillside School, a school for children with learning disabilities. He previously sat on the Board of Trustees for Asbury Methodist Permanent Endowment Fund, served a seven-year tenure on the Board of Directors for the Bethlehem YMCA and coached youth baseball for South Parkland Youth Association for more than 10 years. Steve is also a member of Saucon Valley Country Club, where he chaired an American Junior Golf Association tournament.

      About Me

      With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Doug helps our high net worth families, corporations and nonprofit organizations implement customized wealth management strategies.
      He listens carefully to our clients' unique concerns, goals and values, and works diligently to help them achieve their financial objectives.
      Doug believes in applying a disciplined approach to portfolio management that strives to maximize predictability. He is also firmly committed to building long-term relationships and delivering first-class client service.

      Since June 2014, Doug has been a member of the Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor Advisory Council, working closely with senior management to discuss the most important issues affecting our industry. This appointment recognizes Doug as an advisor who demonstrates the highest professional and ethical standards, as well as quality and consistency in his business approach and client relationships.

      Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Doug served as Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch for nearly 15 years. He also worked as an Analyst at Butcher & Singer. With this long history of hands-on experience in investment banking and wealth management, Doug understands how to navigate today’s complex markets. He is also well-versed in Morgan Stanley’s vast alternative investment platform.

      Doug earned his B.A. in Economics with a minor in International Relations from Lehigh University. He holds Series 7, 63, 65 and 31 licenses, as well as Life and Health Insurance Licenses.

      About Me

      With more than 20 years of experience in financial planning and portfolio management, Steve provides well-rounded, holistic solutions to our valued clients. He combines an in-depth knowledge of traditional and alternative investments with a highly personalized approach to assist clients in developing customized strategies that address their specific needs. As a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®), he assists corporations with the design and implementation of corporate retirement plans and develops deferred compensation plans, a highly-specialized vehicle for corporations and their executives.

      Steve enjoys helping clients navigate turbulent markets and working with families to create a multi-generational approach to wealth management. He is also adept at handling life transitions that may impact a client’s circumstances, financial needs and plans for the future.

      Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Steve was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, where he was recognized as Rookie Financial Advisor of the Year for Eastern Pennsylvania in 1997. Previously, he was a Major Accounts Executive at Xerox Corporation, where he developed sophisticated financing solutions for some of Lehigh Valley’s most prestigious firms.

      Steve earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. He holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses, along with Life and Health Insurance licenses. Most recently, Steve earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) designation in 2016.

      Sarah has been a vital member of The Woolley Cwienkala Group since joining the team in 2012. She is responsible for a variety of portfolio management and investment tasks, as well as helping clients execute daily transactions, set up on-line access and answer specific operational questions.
