About Lauren M Bruckhart
Lauren M. Bruckhart, Financial Advisor, joined Morgan Stanley in 2010. Lauren is a Portfolio Manager, part of a group of Morgan Stanley Advisors who are qualified by the firm to manage client assets on a discretionary basis. She has received her designation as a Financial Planning Specialist from Morgan Stanley so she can pursue her passion of helping her clients with their financial goals as well as overseeing their strategic financial plan. She has a personalized approach, thorough planning process and a commitment to outstanding service.
Lauren has twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Lauren was a Senior Associate and Consultant for RINET Company, LLC, a Boston-based firm. There she provided integrated financial, investment, estate and tax planning services to ultra-high net worth clients and families.
Lauren attained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Bloomsburg University. She also holds a Financial Planning Certificate from Boston University. She is a member of the Woman’s Club of York, involved with Kiwanis, and is a lead fundraising volunteer and advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater PA. Lauren is involved with Vision Corps, one of the oldest and largest non-profit organizations in PA who help empower the vision impaired.
Lauren and her husband Adam live in Lititz with their son August, daughter Audrey and dog Charlie. She cherishes spending time with her family and enjoys the great outdoors.

About Richard Conway
Richard J. Conway is a Financial Advisor, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, and a Portfolio Manager. For over 45 years, Richard has been employed at Morgan Stanley. He is a native of Philadelphia and a graduate of LaSalle University with a BS in accounting. He served as a pilot in the Air Force and then the PA Air National Guard, retiring with 26 years of military service.
Richard started his investment career in Philadelphia as an analyst in the Trust Department of First Pennsylvania Bank. At the conclusion of his active duty in 1972, Richard joined Shearson Hammill, a predecessor of Morgan Stanley*, and moved to Harrisburg in 1978 to manage that office. In the mid 80’s he became a Portfolio Manager, part of a group of Morgan Stanley advisors who are qualified by the firm to manage client assets on a discretionary basis. A few years later, after completing a two year intensive course he added Certified Financial Planner to his already extensive resume.
After a long and successful career as a manager and Financial Advisor, Richard decided in 2009 to concentrate his considerable experience and talents toward helping a select group of clients develop, implement and follow sensible and comprehensive plans designed with an eye toward helping them secure their financial futures.
Richard, his wife Donna and their two dogs, Max and Missy enjoy dividing their time between their homes in Lewisberry, PA and St. Michael’s, MD. He enjoys spending time with his daughter Christine, son-in-law Christoph and twin granddaughters Anabel and Charlotte.

Cole is a dedicated Morgan Stanley Client Service Associate, where he provides exceptional support to both clients and financial advisors.
