      Meet The Weber Group

      About Me

      Mr. Weber joined Morgan Stanley in 1997. He has over 30 years of investment experience including asset allocation, fixed income, equities and alternative investments. After earning his C.P.A. certificate at Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal, Mr. Weber served as Chief Investment Officer for two ultra high net worth family offices in California and Switzerland. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was President of Arnel Capital Advisors, Inc., the general partner of a multi-strategy fund of funds. He has been named in the Top 100 Financial Advisors in America by Barron’s in 2010 and to Forbes Magazine's List of America's Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in 2018. He is responsible for formulating customized asset allocation strategies, risk management (hedging and preset diversification programs), equity portfolio management and selection of alternative investments.

      Steve received a BS from the University of Southern California in 1972. He also received an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in 1975 in addition to an MS in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management in 1977, with a concentration in Finance. He was an instructor of finance at the University of Southern California from 1975 – 1976. Steve resides with his wife Marilyn in San Juan Capistrano.
