About Dexter Mead Walker

Dexter Walker is an Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Management Director with Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Dexter worked at Friedman Billings Ramsey in Institutional Equity Sales.  In addition to building his practice at Morgan Stanley, he led the training and development program for the Washington D.C. complex for many years, and was the manager of the Annapolis Maryland office. In 2016 Dexter was named among the top 400 advisors by the Financial Times. 

Dexter and his wife live in Maryland. They have four children whom Dexter adores, coaches, and actively helps to raise. He is active in a number of charitable causes including Fair Chance, the Somerset Foundation, and the Wendt Center.  He is an avid squash and golf enthusiast, and enjoys historical business and biography reading.

Andre graduated the University of Arizona with a B.S. degree in Finance. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2017, having previously spent two years at JP Morgan Chase.

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Tracy attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance in addition to completing her Master of Science in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Now residing in DC, she joined Morgan Stanley in 2023 as a Private Wealth Management Client Service Associate.
