With decades of experience, she takes a friendly, down-to-earth approach to financial planning. She’s passionate about working with clients who are going through difficult transitions, including divorce, employment change, retirement planning, or the loss of a spouse. The complexity of multi-generational family wealth management requires the steady hand and profound insight that she has honed over years of experience.
 
A lifelong outdoorswoman, Elaine enjoys skiing the beautiful mountains of Colorado and a serene quiet time on the shores of lake Michigan.

Investing demands insight and vision, and Wade is aptly called “The Mind” of the Wade Street Group. As the senior investment professional on the team, he calls his process “Investing in the Clutch” (see Page 10 of Brochure below). For some, “Clutch” is akin to holding on to what is important to you and that you have worked very hard to acquire. For others, being “Clutch” is achieving optimum performance while under pressure.  Either way, from Wade’s perspective, you need to know where you are and where you are going in order to get there.

Wade began his financial services career in 1983 after graduating from The University of Chicago. An avid collegiate baseball and basketball player, he was inducted into the University’s Hall of Fame in 2010.

A native of the Chicago area, Erick has run 19 Chicago Marathons (11 consecutively). His passion for family and kids keeps him active with many philanthropic organizations.

Joining the Wade Street Group in 2016, Ryan brings a unique skill set to the team. In his previous roles as a Process Manager and Business Analyst, Ryan worked to streamline/refine processes and systems. He is a firm believer in the Product Life Cycle and Human Centered Design. Through applying these philosophies, Ryan is able to bring this intuitive yet pragmatic mindset to the planning process and help the Wade Street Group uniquely tie personalized financial plans to personalized investment solutions, allowing clients to successfully manage their life project and retirement plan. You might say that Ryan is the “Eyes” of the organization.

Outside of work, Ryan and his wife care for their 13 years young pit mix. They reside in the Bucktown neighborhood. Both enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing and can often be found on the 606 trail taking in the sights and sounds of the city… if he is not out golfing or at the gym playing basketball.

Grace is regarded as “the Heart” of the team—a central force who powers performance and brings stability under pressure. With a background in science, she combines the discipline of data-driven decision-making with the art of personalized portfolio management to help our clients achieve their goals. A former Division I rower, Grace brings her passion for athletics and competition to her role as a Financial Advisor and Global Sports and Entertainment Associate Director, guiding clients through the often complex and rapidly changing financial landscape.

Having grown up overseas in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Senegal, Hungary, and the United Arab Emirates and moved frequently across the United States, Grace understands what it means to live with constant change. That perspective informs her approach: providing stability and clarity to our clients who often navigate difficult transitions, high pressure, and uncertain futures – whether in their professional lives (athletes, sports industry professionals, physicians, business owners, and executives) or personal lives (marriage, divorce, welcoming a child, losing a loved one, building your legacy, and more).

Grace graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University’s Honors Program. As an undergraduate, she conducted immunology-oncology research at Harvard Medical School, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Jounce Therapeutics. She began her career in finance at Goldman Sachs and joined Morgan Stanley in 2019. Grace brings a distinctive perspective to her team—as an expat, scientist, and athlete. On weekends, you can find her on the tennis court or walking along the lakefront with her dog, Dax.

Grace was named to the Pacesetter’s Club at Morgan Stanley in both 2024 and 2025—an elite group recognizing the firm’s Financial Advisors.

Often referred to as “The Voice” of the Wade Street Group, Erica is typically the first person you speak to when you call the office. Smiling through the phone, Erica is always there to help clients. Her service to the Wade Street Group is focused on efficiency, stellar communication, and overall satisfaction. She is the go-to person with regard to vital touch points of any administrative matter that, when placed into her trusted hands, creates for you a more worry-free environment.

Erica enjoys international travel and is passionate about working with children. She previously taught kindergarten in Phuket, Thailand and currently teaches English online to children in China.

George is the Portfolio Management Associate for The Wade Street Group at Morgan Stanley in Chicago, IL. George’s focus is Portfolio Management where he is responsible for executing trades and conducting equity analysis.

Prior to joining the team in 2024, George began his career at Morgan Stanley in 2022 working as a Registered Client Service Associate with another wealth management team. His primary role was to provide analytical, operational, and administrative support. George graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Concentration in Entrepreneurship. While in school, George participated in an internship program at The Family Wealth Alliance which gave him his first exposure to wealth management. George currently holds the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.

George resides in Chicago, IL and enjoys cheering on the Chicago Bulls, playing guitar, and spending time with his family and friends in his free time.
