About Thiago Finoti
Thiago, a founding partner of the Valhio Group, Senior Vice President and International Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, has extensive experience serving ultra-high net-worth individuals and families. He offers a wide range of financial and advisory services, as well as monitoring and rebalancing asset allocation within portfolios in response to market conditions, as well as investment planning experience to provide clients with tailored solutions based on their risk tolerance. Furthermore, he provides sophisticated financial solutions, such as lending services and advice on the use of trusts and estate planning strategies to help maximize income, growth, and tax advantages for long-term investors.
Thiago carries 17 years of experience in the Global Financial Markets. He launched his career in 2006, as a trainee at Safra Group in Brazil, the largest family-owned private banking firm in Latin America and Europe, early in his first year of college. Managing the Bank's proprietary and institutional offshore investment portfolio operations around the world provided him with the necessary foundation for developing a thorough understanding of financial complexities. In 2010, he graduated with honors in Economic Science from the Universidade Presbitariana Mackenzie in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In the same year, he accepted a position at Safra National Bank of New York, a boutique private banking and wealth management firm, where he managed a diverse portfolio of Ultra High-net-worth and Institutional clients providing advice and execution across asset classes.
Thiago moved to Morgan Stanley in 2020, joining The Bravo Group. He is a multi-cultural fit, a Brazilian-American fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Today, Thiago lives in New York City, with his German Pinscher, Cersei. An exercise enthusiast, Thiago enjoys running by the Hudson River, cooking for family and friends, and traveling the world to exotic destinations
