Our Wealth Management includes (as needed) portfolio construction, impact investing strategies, asset allocation, trust services, insurance and annuities, succession/estate planning strategies, access to lending, and cash management. We believe this structure helps our clients have more confidence in goal achievement and alleviates the stress from inevitable market fluctuations. About Scott J. Hesekiel
Scott leads The Tufton Group, a team of seven professionals, addressing the comprehensive investment consulting needs of their clients. He listens to understand individual needs and goals and develops solid long lasting relationships. Scott has an immense passion for helping his clients reach their financial goals.
Always gaining knowledge within the financial space, he underwent extensive training to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. The rigorous certification process included completing an 8 month comprehensive course of study and passing a two-day 10 hour CFP® Certification examination. As a CFP, this makes him a fiduciary, requiring him to be bound both legally and ethically to act in the clients best interest. In addition, he has a specialty as an Insurance Planning Specialist.
Scott has two grown children and he resides in Lutherville, Maryland. He also has a passion for giving, making contributions to various charitable foundations. In his free time, Scott’s interests include working out, traveling, and golfing.

About Roy A Longanecker III
Roy grew up in a single parent household that saw his mom struggle with planning for retirement. This upbringing helped to create a passion for helping people with similar circumstances. He felt strongly that not only could he help his mom, but that he could provide the right guidance for all people that needed help in reaching their financial goals.
With a skill set in Portfolio Management, Roy provides a Financial Planning based experience with a 4 Step Disciplined Process (1) Discovery (2) Forming your strategy (3) Implementing your plan (4) Measuring your Success. This process allows him to not only build a relationship with his clients, but help them reach their personal goals in a strategic way.
In his free time, Roy is a Foundation Board Member CCBC (Community College of Baltimore County), Freemason and Shriner.

About Malcolm E Steigerwald
Malcolm specializes in creating customized wealth management strategies for clients with a particular emphasis on portfolio management. In addition, he leverages his experience in the alternative investment space to help his clients achieve their financial objectives. Malcolm is constantly looking to provide results for his clients and will determine the products he utilizes according to those results.
Being a business owner for over 30 years, with offices and manufacturing plants in 3 states and up to 200 employees, has provided him with the ability to have a better understanding of the challenges that face business owners and the passion for building personal relationships with clients. Paired with this, is an expertise as a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist, Alternative Investments Director, and Financial Planning Specialist. He is also licensed in the Health & Life insurance space.
Malcolm is heavily involved in the community and with philanthropy having served as the Former Commissioner of The Baltimore City Economic Development Commission, former member of the Foundation Board of The Community College of Baltimore County and former President of The Leukemia Research Foundation. In addition, Malcolm is a member of the Tupenny Club of Baltimore and the Worldwide Kenpo Karate Association.

About Katherine Ciccimaro
Katherine now lives in Street, Maryland with her husband Nick and their dog. She has always been competitive and has had a lifelong passion of sports. In 2021, she participated in the Miss Maryland USA pageant, where she competed against many other successful women.
She has always been intrigued by the stock market and the ability to invest money and she is happy to be in a position where she can help clients gain a sound financial state. She is currently a member of Morgan Stanley’s Women’s Business Alliance and Wealth Management Women’s Network. Having a full grasp of the modern financial tools available here at Morgan Stanley, her focus is to give clients a world-class experience unlike any other. She strives to provide outstanding customer service and to go above and beyond their expectations to best serve clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Lisa graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Towson State University. She holds the Series 7, 63, 65 and Life and Health insurance licenses, along with a Financial Planning Specialist designation.
In her spare time, she likes to draw, sketch and paint pictures. Lisa and her husband Stuart have been married for 41 years.
