    About Me

    Margaret Tuchmann is a Certified Investment Management Analyst, a Vice President, and a Wealth Advisor with The Tuchmann Kibbe Group at Morgan Stanley. With over 30 years of experience at Morgan Stanley, Margaret concentrates on comprehensive investment management for multiple generations of high net worth families.

    A graduate of Salem College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics, Margaret entered the financial services industry in 1983 at Dean Witter, which later became Morgan Stanley. After three decades at Morgan Stanley, Margaret still thrives on the personal relationships she forms with her client families.

    Having earned the prestigious designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Margaret offers sophisticated solutions to high net worth clients. Additionally, throughout her career, she has continued to participate in advanced training programs in estate planning and wealth advising. She has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.

    For Margaret, being a Financial Advisor gives her the opportunity to help her clients make decisions that may impact their families’ wealth for generations. She begins by conducting a 360-degree analysis of each family’s financial position, and then helps them articulate their unique goals for the future.

    In her free time, Margaret devotes time to community causes. She serves on the boards of the Freshwater Trust and the Oregon Health Sciences University Foundation Gift Planning Council. She is also a past Treasurer of the Oregon Rose Chapter of the National Charity League, a member of the Kenyon College Parents Advisory Council and a monthly volunteer with Portland Homeless Family Solutions. Margaret enjoys cooking and time spent by the Metolius River with her husband and daughters.

    About Me

    Matt Kibbe is a Vice President and a Wealth Advisor with The Tuchmann Kibbe Group at Morgan Stanley. With over 20 years of experience at Morgan Stanley, Matt concentrates on financial planning and investment management for business owners and high net worth families.

    A 1993 graduate of California State University, Fresno, Matt graduated cum laude with a B.S. in International Business. Matt’s introduction to the financial services industry came immediately after graduation when he worked as an assistant to a Financial Advisor. He subsequently worked and lived in Switzerland and Germany for almost a year where he became fluent in German. Upon return, Matt joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor where he’s been ever since.

    Matt believes in forming close, long term relationships with the families he works with. He is proud to serve several generations of those families, some of whom have been clients for decades. He begins with a wide-ranging assessment of his clients’ financial position and a comprehensive analysis of their present needs and future goals. Then he creates wealth management plans that incorporate retirement and estate planning strategies, philanthropic giving, insurance needs, and a blueprint for the transfer of wealth to the next generation.

    Committed to offering his clients the most current ideas and investment practices in the industry, Matt has attained two prestigious certifications in his field. He earned the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and also earned the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). In recognition of his accomplishments Matt was named a Five Star Wealth Manager in the Portland area in  2016, 2017, and 2018.

    In his free time, Matt is active in his community. Matt has served on Boy Scout committees for fund-raising and planned giving. He lives in Sherwood with his wife and two children.

    Martha has worked in various roles in the financial services industry since 1994 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2011. Martha joined The Tuchmann Kibbe Group in 2012, where she provides the highest level of service to clients as well as prepares portfolio performance reports and investment proposals. She brings to the team a strong marketing and service background. Martha is a native Oregonian with strong family ties to the area. She graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies with concentrations in English Literature and Fine Art. Martha holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations as well a Life and Health Insurance License. Martha is an avid reader and enjoys gardening, painting and photography. She and her husband Chris live in Tigard, OR.
