Bartosz (Bart) Bak serves as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager within Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Division. As the founding member of the True Horizon Group, located in Morgan Stanley’s Oakbrook, IL office, Bart is committed to delivering exceptional financial advisory services. With over two decades of financial industry experience, Bart has established himself as a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele across the United States.

Bart is dedicated to guiding clients towards their financial aspirations through a comprehensive understanding of their goals, meticulous financial and investment planning, and strategic execution of investment management solutions. Bart's journey embodies the American dream. Born in Poland and immigrating to the United States in 1992 at the age of 10 with his family, Bart is fluent in Polish and actively engaged in Chicago’s Polish business community. His experience has been sought-after by many Polish families and business owners, especially during pivotal moments like business sales or retirement planning. About Tyler Van Lul

Tyler Van Lul is a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Division. After graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Tyler immediately began his advisory career at Thrivent Financial. In that role, he engaged in updating financial plans for workers nearing retirement while incorporating their beneficiaries in the process to help establish a legacy plan for the next generation.

In 2018, Tyler transitioned to Morgan Stanley where he could utilize one of the largest open architecture investment platforms in the industry. Additionally, having access to Morgan Stanley’s cutting edge Financial Planning and Risk Management software allows him to service his clients with the highest level of care and due diligence. Tyler is fundamentally invested in understanding his clients’ needs and is fully committed to delivering the most accurate, practical, and timely advice possible.

Tyler’s background gives him a unique understanding of the importance of geopolitical markets and constructing generational wealth. Being born in Gary, IN, Tyler grew up in a community where the impact of economic hardship was prevalent. He is active within multiple organizations dedicated to the advancement of impoverished and troubled youths in Chicago and Northwest Indiana. With that mission in mind, he frequently hosts workshops dedicated to providing financial literacy to those communities.

Tyler currently resides in the West Loop area of Chicago with his wife Lauren. He devotes some of his time to local non-profit organizations, coaching competitive youth programs, and helping organize networking events in the Chicagoland area for business professionals. Tyler is also a member of the Union League Club of Chicago and sits on the ULCC Admissions Committee.

About Garneth Ramos

Garneth Ramos, True Horizon Group’s dedicated Registered Client Service Associate, has committed his career to the wealth management industry since 2004. That is when he began his tenure at Morgan Stanley diligently honing his skills beginning his experience in Operations. In 2017, Garneth made the final and much anticipated transition to the role of Client Service Associate. Since then, he has obtained his Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses and registrations. In 2023, Garneth’s hard work and dedication were recognized when he received the Morgan Stanley Regional Spotlight Award.

Garneth is an essential member of the True Horizon Group. His daily focus and dedication centers around providing excellent client service, timely responsiveness to client questions and requests, along with providing the correct and appropriate guidance to our valued clients. Garneth also specializes and takes pride in resolving complex operational and account administration issues.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Garneth's experience in the financial industry has included working for several of the largest institutions in the world. Companies such as Northern Trust, Fiserv, Citigroup, and Mellon Financial Services.

Beyond his professional life, Garneth cherishes his role as a husband to Margarett and as a father to three wonderful boys: Nicholas, Jerwyn and Matthew. Their family is rounded out by the presence of their two lovable dogs Selena and Haley. In his free time, Garneth enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and gardening.
