The Triangle Team at Morgan Stanley is a team of three dedicated and highly trained investment professionals who will work with you to help preserve and grow your wealth. Our team is a Portfolio Management group and as such we are qualified by our firm to manage client assets based on our training, experience and commitment to client service. For our Portfolio Management clients, this translates into a focused and disciplined approach to help guide your portfolio through the most challenging markets. About Charles E Bell III
Charles graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Charles has been a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms since 1993. As a member of the Triangle Team at Morgan Stanley, Charles’ focus is serving the wealth management and planning needs of high net worth families, endowments, foundations, and closely held businesses. Charles is a Portfolio Management Director in Morgan Stanley’s Portfolio Management Program. Active in the community, Charles is an involved member of his church and various non-profit organizations. In 2023, he recently stepped down as alumni treasurer of his fraternity Phi Gamma Delta at North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He volunteered in this role since 2002. He currently serves as an academic mentor at Neighbor to Neighbor. In his leisure he enjoys fly-fishing, hunting, playing blues guitar and mandolin, listening to live music, and exercise. He is a lifelong resident of Raleigh NC. He has two adult children, Elizabeth, who currently lives in Atlanta GA, and Charles, who is a rising senior at NC State University.

About Joseph F Cretella
Joe is a graduate of the University of New Haven CT with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a minor in economics. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1979, and has held the position of Operations Manager, and Branch Office Manager prior to devoting his full attention to serving the investment needs of our clients. Joe is a Senior Portfolio Manager in Morgan Stanley’s Portfolio Management Program. His knowledge of the financial markets allows him to offer effective strategies to our clients varied investment needs, and provides our team with a valuable resource in his problem solving ability. Joe is active in various community organizations, and previously served on the board of the Raleigh Community Music School and Lee Brothers Side Kick Foundation. In his leisure he enjoys cycling, woodworking and Tae Kwon Do. Joe has two children, a son Joe and daughter Morgan. He lives in Raleigh with his wife Anne.

About Randy Taylor
Randy is a graduate of Rollins College FL with a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences. Randy applied that to many years of pharmaceutical and medical device sales and sales management. In that role he particularly enjoyed the customer facing relationships that demanded superior customer service and extreme accuracy and attention to detail. Randy’s customer service focus continued in his recent position at USAA where he gained a broad knowledge of the financial services industry. Randy's experience and emphasis on client service make him an asset to our team as he assists our clients with their various administrative needs. Randy lives in Durham with his wife Patti. They have two adult daughters, Lauren who lives in Atlanta and Lisa who lives in the Chicago area. In his leisure, he enjoys golfing, reading, wine collecting, and old movies.
