About Robert Townsend

Robert F. Townsend

Robert has been in the financial services industry for over 33 years, beginning his career at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc., a predecessor firm to Morgan Stanley, in 1984.

Robert focuses on managing the investment planning process, customizing solutions and strategies for individuals, families and foundations. His area of focus includes asset-allocation modeling and portfolio construction. Robert graduated from California State University, Chico, with a B.S. in Liberal Studies. He has comprehensive and advanced training in asset allocation, financial planning strategies, investment consulting and estate planning. Robert has been active with youth sports programs for years and currently coaches the Rocklin High School boys baseball team. Robert has 2 adult children, Michael 35 and Kelly 32. He lives in Roseville with his wife Cindy and three beagles, Max, Abby and Lilo.

About Dean Gilliam

Dean is a second-generation Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley and has been successful in assisting families and businesses develop a sound program to help grow and protect their assets. Prior to coming to Morgan Stanley, Dean lived and worked in Osaka Japan for over nine years working as an account manager with an industrial manufacturing firm. His job there required extensive world travel to Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Dean graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Sacramento. Successfully completing Morgan Stanley’s comprehensive training programs, he focuses on the application of the Wealth Management process to help achieve client’s end goals. Dean and his wife Natsuko, live with their two children, Ashley and Cole and their dog Mimi, in Reno NV. He enjoys spending time with his family, dirt bike riding and the outdoors.
