Our Mission Statement
A solid financial future starts with a sound financial plan. You've worked hard to get where you are in life & you deserve a team who works hard for you.
Our Story
Because the future is never certain, you need to protect that which you value most. We believe that unnecessary risk is something no one can afford, that’s why we help people craft financial plans that are sensible, comprehensive, and research-based.
We founded The Titan Group with two inherent beliefs that continue to shape our approach today:
-We will hold ourselves out as your trusted resource, whether you’re our client or not.
-We will always keep your best interests as our only concern.
We truly work as a team (not just a group of individuals), and that means our experience is vast. We were there during Tech-Wreck 2000, 9/11, the Great Recession of 2008, and helped navigate COVID (emotionally and in the markets). Through each, we’ve helped multigenerational families, non-profit organizations, and high-profile athletes and entertainers build and maintain the pillars of their financial lives—whether that be growing and distributing assets over many generations, managing sudden income, or protecting and building an endowment.
We want to help you change your life.

Clients

We work with people we like. That’s our rule. Because of that, we’ve had the pleasure of developing deep relationships with our clients. Coupled with our vast skill set, that’s also why our client base represents such a diverse array of executives, families, business owners, nonprofit organizations, professional athletes, and entertainers. Good people who value responsible advice, that’s who we want in our professional family.
Some of these clients are just around the corner from our offices; others are in large US and international cities; our athletes & entertainers may be on the road for the majority of the year. Likewise, some have been with us for four generations; others for less than a year. But no matter how far away you are, or how long you’ve been our client––we strive to be your ever-present financial resource.
To do this, we keep our practice intentionally intimate. We simply care too much about our clients to do anything “halfway,” even for just a day. We’ll work with your professional network; we’ll offer you a second opinion; we’ll explain a financial complexity; we’ll help you solve a small, frustrating problem. We feel a fundamental need to offer you the highest level of care and extend a helping hand.

About Michael Pisarczyk
Mike’s emphasis is helping executives, families, and non-profits first define their destination. By specifically defining goals, he can then bring together the most effective resources to help clients realize their aspirations. With more than twenty years of experience working at multi-billion dollar corporations, he understands the constraints affecting the busy individuals who drive success in high-impact roles. Given those constraints, a plan to leverage several key resources can be implemented including Mike’s experience and personal attention to detail, the vast array of financial services available through Morgan Stanley, and the full support of the Titan Group.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2017, Mike earned an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Tepper School at Carnegie-Mellon University. He worked in the oil and chemical industries in various finance and treasury capacities including broad experience managing retirement plans and retirement assets. In his last role prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was the chief financial officer for a $1+ billion joint venture company that produces polysilicon for the electronics and solar panel industries. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.
The Titan Group at Morgan Stanley provides around-the-clock advisory support with a honed insight into unique needs such as income cash-flow, nuanced financial planning, and budgeting while incorporating external resources to better manage the complex financial issues that arise for high net worth individuals.
Mike and his wife Jennifer are long-term residents of Midland, Michigan. They are active in the community, participating in and supporting numerous non-profit, arts, education, and sporting organizations. They have three children, Megan, Sarah, and Nicholas, and have enjoyed following their many activities. Together the couple also stays physically active, especially with their golden retriever Bo.
