About Amanda Moran
Amanda Moran, Executive Director, Head of WM Taxable Fixed Income Sales, joined The Firm in 2020 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. As Head of Taxable Fixed Income Sales, Amanda manages a team responsible for delivering The Firm’s strategy and commentary, providing timely market updates, communicating actionable trade ideas specifically tailored to UHNW investors, and offering product-related training across the full spectrum of taxable fixed income securities including corporate, Treasury, agency, and mortgage-backed bonds. In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Amanda covers the NYC market.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Amanda was at Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette (DLJ) then Credit Suisse as part of the Fixed Income Sales Team in the Leverage Loan Group.
Amanda earned a B.A. in Political Science from The University of the South (Sewanee) and resides in Manhattan with her husband Tom and three children, Robert, Claire & Ellie. Originally from Kentucky, she enjoys traveling with her family.
About Gillian Sheeran
Gillian Sheeran, Executive Director, Co-Head of Wealth Management Municipal Sales, joined The Firm in June of 2017 bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Currently she serves as Co-Head of WM Municipal Sales as well as serving as the primary coverage of the Florida region delivering The Firm’s strategy and commentary, providing timely market updates, and communicating actionable trade ideas specifically tailored to UHNW investors.
Before joining Wealth Management in 2022, she was part of the Institutional Sales team in Fixed Income. Prior to Morgan Stanley she spent the majority of her career at UBS in Municipal Institutional Sales.
Gillian holds a bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA while growing up in Montclair, NJ. Outside of work, Gillian enjoys seeing live music. She currently resides in Brooklyn with her daughter.

Jane began her career in financial services in 2004, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 as an Interest Rate Derivatives Trade Support Director in Morgan Stanley’s ISG division. Prior to joining the firm, she was in Operations at JVB Financial and an Associate Manager at Prudential Financial.
Jane is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. She lives in Brooklyn, New York with her family. Outside of the office, Jane is involved in her community and enjoys working out, cooking, traveling, gardening, and photography.
