About Scott Swaylik

With more than 25 years in the financial service industry, Scott is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, Portfolio Management Director, Family Wealth Advisor and Branch Manager of Morgan Stanley’s Hyannis, Massachusetts office.

Scott and his team service business owners, uniquely successful families and individual clients. By leading his clients through a disciplined process that emphasizes education, goal identification, portfolio construction and continuous communication, Scott and his team help simplify the wealth management process. Trust, honesty and integrity are the three pillars that Scott and his team focus on in both their business and personal lives. Scott believes that his clients deserve objective and competent guidance when crafting, implementing and monitoring their financial and life planning strategies.

About John C. Henderson

JOHN C. HENDERSON, Vice President, has been a Financial Advisor since 1993 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2005.

Mr. Henderson focuses on tax-advantaged investing, tailoring portfolios to the specific goals and objectives of his clients. Licensed for over 25 years as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through December 2011 (currently inactive), Mr. Henderson does not offer tax advice at Morgan Stanley, although he frequently conducts seminars on topics of interest to the investment community. His extensive professional experience includes more than 30 years in the financial services industry, and over three years with the public accounting firm of Pricewaterhouse-Coopers, one of the world’s leading professional services firms. He has served as chief financial officer, treasurer, controller and director of Wall Street broker/dealers, both international and domestic. In those capacities, Mr. Henderson was directly responsible for managing investments ranging up to $200 million and daily net settlements approaching $2 billion. His early experience included five years with Henderson Brothers Inc.

Mr. Henderson holds securities registrations and life insurance licenses in numerous states. Mr. Henderson’s past community service activities include: service as President of the Cummaquid Heights Association, representing the interests of approximately 500 homeowners (300 homes). Municipal service included: Town of Yarmouth Finance (12 years) and Investment Committees; in 2009, he was appointed to the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School Committee and was elected to a 3-year term in May 2010; he has served on the Cape Cod Collaborative Board of Directors. Professional service includes: in May 2002, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, serving as Cape & Islands committee chair for 12 years; in December 2005, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Cape Cod Chapter of the American Red Cross, serving on the Finance committee (chair in 2009). Over the course of his career, he has maintained professional affiliations including membership in the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Accountants and the Estate Planning Council of Cape Cod.

Mr. Henderson earned his MBA in accounting from George Washington University and his bachelor’s degree in management from Georgetown University. He is a graduate of the Delbarton School, a preparatory school in Morristown, NJ.

About Michelle Metell

Michelle Metell is a Portfolio Associate in Hyannis, MA, with three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Having joined the Firm in 1993 as a Client Service Assistant, Michelle continues to provide Financial Advisors and clients in Cape Cod and around the country with exceptional and professional service. Being a third-generation Cape Codder, Michelle knows her community very well, allowing her to provide quality, custom-tailored service to Morgan Stanley’s Cape Cod community and beyond.

Michelle grew up in Harwich, MA, and currently resides in Falmouth, MA, where she is proudly involved in her local community, volunteering with both the Falmouth Food Pantry and the Hyannis Housing Assistance Corporation. While not in the office, Michelle enjoys golfing with her husband, Michael; traveling; and rooting for the New England Patriots. She is also quite talented in the kitchen and loves baking sweet treats and hosting dinner parties for her friends.
