Working with You

At Morgan Stanley, we believe that identifying financial solutions begins with a solid understanding of each client’s situation, goals, objectives and risk tolerance. We follow a disciplined process that allows us to work with you to craft a solution that helps to meet your individual financial needs:
    Icon Image
    Step 1: Initial Meeting
We start by sitting down with you to get a full picture of your vision, your values, and your goals. By evaluating your unique financial needs, we determine how we can add value by addressing the specific concerns and challenges applicable to you. In this meeting we set the groundwork for what you can expect from our team: communication, transparency, and performance.
    Icon Image
    Step 2: Your Investment Strategy
From there, we gather your information to get a cohesive look at your finances. With these details, and our discussions, we determine your level of risk tolerance and time horizon while analyzing your current investments. We then develop a fully customized financial strategy to help preserve and grow your wealth.
    Icon Image
    Step 3: Strategy Meeting
Once your strategy is complete, we meet with you again to go through our plan in detail. This starts with a presentation with our investment ideas and proposals. After discussing any thoughts you may have, we cover our fees and complete any necessary paperwork.
    Icon Image
    Step 4: Implementation
After covering all the details, and deciding to proceed, we begin transferring your assets to Morgan Stanley so that we can manage your investments. We then execute your financial plan, as discussed.
    Icon Image
    Step 5: Follow-Up
When your plan is fully in place, we meet with you to cover our statements and any further documentation. We review the online tools available as part of your plan to track progress and securely add new information as needed. We then determine a schedule that works for you for our future meetings.
    Icon Image
    Step 6: Ongoing Review
Throughout the year, we are constantly reviewing and rebalancing your portfolio to align with your plan. We hold regular calls or meeting with you to go over performance and determine if your needs have changed in any way. Keeping you informed is one of our top priorities, and we ensure you are fully up to date regardless of market conditions.
