About Damon Kinzie
Originally from Hyde Park Vermont, Damon graduated with a BA from the University of Vermont in 1992. He began his career with JB Hanauer (a tax free bond firm) in West Palm Beach in 1993, Damon returned to Vermont in 1995 to work for Edward Jones in South Burlington. Damon moved to Morgan Stanley in 2001 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2025. In 2015, he was promoted to Portfolio Manager.
Damon Lives in Stowe and has been involved with various boards in Vermont, he has served on the Cancer Patient Support Program Board, University of Vermont VT Regional Board, Voices for Vermont Children. Damon is currently serving as a Board Member of the Lamoille Home Health and Hospice. He is also a member of the Mount Mansfield Ski club and he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, scuba diving, golfing, and playing soccer.

About Mason Graddock
A native Vermonter, Mason Graddock was born and raised in Stowe, Vermont. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Middlebury College in 2009, majoring in Economics. While attending Middlebury, Mason played on the varsity hockey team.
