About Heather L. Lemon

With over 23 years of experience and designations as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) and a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC), Heather's principal focus is working with business owners, individuals and couples to define, plan and set goals toward a successful retirement. She especially enjoys working with women at any stage in life to foster greater financial confidence through women-specific educational workshops and uses these workshops as a catalyst for women to come together, learn and network.

Heather strives to understand your needs, wants, and goals to build a plan that is unique to your specific journey. Her priority of educating first helps lead to clarity and vision, which then leads to thoughtful and confident decision making.

Heather prides herself on breaking complex planning down into simple and digestible concepts. Whether it's helping a business owner establish a customized and competitive corporate retirement plan for the benefit of their employees, strategizing with employee participants on how to maximize their retirement plan benefit and understand the difference between pre-tax and Roth options, or meeting with individuals, couples, or women who need help with how to create their retirement paycheck from their nest egg, she will partner with you to create the framework and ongoing maintenance and oversight needed to help stay you on-track.

Heather states, "In homage to my father, Douglas Fiske, who was also a Financial Advisor and passed in 2020 from glioblastoma brain cancer, he instilled in me the passion to simply work hard and help people. I have found that if I do that, everything else follows". Heather and her father were always close, worked together for many years in his lawn care business and then together as financial advisors and she learned the importance of working hard, planning and saving well through his example. His loss is felt deeply, but his planning helped to secure and provide peace of mind to Heather's mother, Sherry, as she navigates life without him.

In her free time, Heather enjoys time with her husband Mike, who is now retired after 24 years working in Federal Probation. She considers herself "retired" with him on the weekends. They enjoy playing golf, cooking, taking walks and drives, and traveling with friends and family. They are hockey parents to their son, Jack who is in his senior year at Rice High School and you will often find Heather at the rink during the season playing music and announcing the games. Yes, she is "that mom"!
