About Bucky Stewart

At 16 years of age, Bucky met a financial advisor in Memphis, TN and decided then and there that that’s what he would do with his life. Weldon “Bucky” Stewart has 37 years in the financial industry. He began his finance career with Duncan-Williams, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee. In 1987 he joined Centerre Bank as a resident advisor in West Plains, Missouri. After several years in the financial industry, he and his wife made the decision to move closer to family in Memphis, Tennessee. For the last 17 years he worked for Wells Fargo Advisors where he started the Stewart Financial Consulting Group. Bucky desires for his clients to be educated on their financial strategy so they become confident investors. Bucky’s goal has always been to build strong personal relationships with his clients which often goes beyond investing.

Bucky enjoys swimming, biking, running, and hunting. He recently finished his first half Ironman in October 2021. He has been married to Kris Stewart for 34 years and together they have two children. His oldest Troy and his wife Ciscily live in Chattanooga, Tennessee and his youngest Jillian lives in Memphis, both work in marketing. Bucky is very active in his church and has served in various leadership roles. His recent past time has been throwing the ball with his labradoodle Cooter Brown.

About Kelsey Taylor

Kelsey attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and graduated with a degree in Retail and Consumer Sciences. After college, she moved to Atlanta and began her career with Macy’s Department Stores, as an Assistant Buyer. She later made her way to the wholesale side of the retail industry and moved back to her hometown of Memphis, TN where she was a Lead Key Account Associate for Creative Co-op. Being long time family friends, Bucky Stewart approached Kelsey with the opportunity to train under him and learn from his extensive knowledge of the Financial Industry. Therefore, in 2017, Kelsey began her career with Wells Fargo Advisors as an Associate Financial Advisor. In 2018, after graduating from her training program, Bucky and Kelsey became a team. Kelsey services her clients by helping select individualized investments, developing retirement plans, and overall portfolio management. She is also involved in college planning, insurance planning, and lending services to meet all her client’s needs.

Away from the office, Kelsey and her husband Ryan have two sons, Davis and Jack, who keep them very busy with soccer, basketball, baseball, and swim team. She and Ryan enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with their family and friends. Kelsey loves to spend her free time taking classes at Neighborhood Barre, playing tennis, and an occasional golf game. Cheryl has more than 35 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. During that tenure she was a teller, personal banker and administrative assistant to the regional president.
