About Michael Spiering

Michael is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley located in Walnut Creek, CA, and brings over 25 years of business knowledge and experience to his clients. He takes a disciplined approach focused on asset management, financial planning for individuals and multi-generational families. Maddy joined Morgan Stanley in 2019, following the footsteps of both her parents and grandfather in the financial industry. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, she helps clients in managing areas within their finances, such as insurance, investing, education planning, and retirement planning.

Maddy graduated from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business with a dual major in Marketing and with a B.S. degree in Economics. Nicole is a Wealth Management Associate located in our Walnut Creek, CA office. She joined Morgan Stanley and The Spiering Group in 2015 with over a decade of experience in the Financial Services industry. Nicole collaborates with her advisor team combining her client-management skills, as well as market and product knowledge, to cultivate client relationships. With her experiences as a previous Client Service Associate Coach for the East Bay Market, attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and unwavering work ethic, Nicole is a highly valued team member.

Nicole graduated from University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Social Sciences and a minor in Psychology. She holds a Series 7- General Securities License and a Series 66- Uniform Combined State Law License.

Born and raised in Southern California, Nicole now resides in Danville with her loving husband and their two beautiful daughters. When she isn't working, Nicole can be found hanging out with her girls at one of their many extra-curricular activities or sweating it out in a Bikram yoga class.

About Cindy W. Lee

Cindy Lee is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in the East Bay, California Market.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Cindy began her career in financial services in 1996 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Custom Residential Real Estate Specialist at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch where she also served as a Wealth Management Banker and Financial Advisor.

Cindy is a graduate of San Francisco State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She resides in the Bay Area with her family.
