About Joseph Fezza
Joseph Fezza was named to Forbes Magazine’s List of America’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in February 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and again in 2024. Previously, he was recognized as one of the Top 1000 Advisors by Barron’s in 2009 and 2010. He has been a Member of Morgan Stanley’s President’s Club and Chairman’s Club since 1993 most recently being named a member of the firms prestigious Master’s Club in 2021 and 2022. Kate DeSoto, CFP® serves as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Originally from Columbus, Indiana, Kate is a graduate of Indiana University, with a BS in Psychology and a BA in Criminal Justice. Kate began her career in the financial services in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2007. She focused her career on a team that specialized in municipal and taxable, fixed income. In 2012, Kate and her husband moved to South Florida where she became a founding member of The Spectrum Group. Kate’s passion is to ensure the success of her clients financial future by creating financial plans. Kate also loves spending quality time with her clients and building deeper relationships. Kate and her husband Starkey live in the Hollywood area raising their children. She enjoys riding bikes with her family, traveling and swimming. However, in the off chance she has time, she enjoys running and has completed the Miami Marathon once and a dozen half marathons all over the country.

About Howard Lerner
Howard Lerner is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He also holds the Family Wealth Advisor designation with the Company. Howard began his financial services career at Merrill Lynch in 1987 on the Middle Markets Fixed Income Desk in New York. In 1993 Howard moved to Florida to pursue a career as a Financial Advisor. In 1994, he joined Dean Witter, now Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he has served in a variety of roles, including ten years in management serving as a sales manager, branch manager, and complex manager. In 2012, he left his managerial role and formed the Spectrum Group along with Joe and Kate.

Stephanie Hammer joined Morgan Stanley, formerly Dean Witter in September 1988. She started her career in 1985 in the financial sector in New York City. She has worked in different roles within the company, including Operations Manager for 10 years. Stephanie brings to our team a wide-range of knowledge in the operational area as a Senior Client Service Associate. Her outstanding skills, communication, and attention to detail allow us to provide exceptional service to our clients. Stephanie is a mother to four beautiful children and an exceptionally young grandmother to four. She loves to read, travel, and cook for her growing family.

Natalia Rodriguez was born in Bogota, Colombia and moved to Miami, Florida in 2008, she achieved her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in finance and a minor in international business from Florida International University in 2014. That same year, she started her career in the finance sector at Wells Fargo Advisors. In 2019, Natalia joined the Spectrum Group at Morgan Stanley where she currently strives to dedicate her time and compassion along with our team to help our clients achieve their financial goals. In her free time, Natalia enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and traveling to new places.
