About Thomas J Fitzsimmons

Thomas J. Fitzsimmons is Executive Director and Senior Investment Management Consultant at Morgan Stanley, an accomplished financial services executive with over 40 years of experience in providing tailored wealth management solutions. He has a proven history of advising individuals, families, and institutions through goals based financial planning, custom investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning.

Since launching his career in 1985 with E.F. Hutton, then Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1986, Tom has remained with the firm through its evolution into Morgan Stanley. He has cultivated a distinguished record of guiding high-net worth individuals and families through every stage of wealth planning. He specializes in delivering customized, tax-efficient strategies through intentional upfront discovery, retirement planning, custom investment management solutions, estate planning services, and philanthropic giving. All designed to assist clients with their current financial needs, grow wealth, transferring their legacy according to their unique goals and values.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University.

He is an active member of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants (APIC) and the National Committee on Planned Giving. Committed to service beyond his profession, he has served as President of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a Board Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and most recently on the Board of Trustees for Meals on Wheels SA.

Tom contributes his leadership to University Methodist Church and has dedicated years to youth ministry, and currently serves on the UMC Foundation committee. Originally from New York City and raised in San Antonio, he and his wife, Kathy have three grown children, Shauna, Steven, and Mitchel. Outside the office, Tom enjoys time with family, friends, golf, fitness, travel, and his sweet dog, Sadie.

About Rob Wyckoff

Robert R. Wyckoff is a founding partner of the South Texas Heritage Team at Morgan Stanley, where he brings a client-first approach to wealth management. He holds Series 7, Series 66, & Insurance licenses as well as the Portfolio Manager designation. Rob also holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) credential, allowing him to guide closely held businesses and their owners through the process of exiting their companies with confidence and clarity.

Within the team, Rob’s specializes in working with business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals on long-term strategic planning, portfolio construction, and multigenerational wealth strategies. His work includes advising clients on liquidity events, philanthropic planning, and succession strategies using the Value Acceleration Methodology™. His goal is to help clients align their personal and business financial decisions with what matters most to them.

With 20 years of experience in the financial industry Rob has worked with entrepreneurs and corporate executives across a wide range of industries, as well as professional athletes, charities, and foundations, and closely held companies. He is passionate about helping clients achieve both financial and life goals for themselves and future generations.

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Rob was the President of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity and was in Naval ROTC. He also interned for George W. Bush when he was the Governor of Texas.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife Leah who is also a founding partner of the South Texas Heritage Team and their two sons, Maverick & Brennan. Brennan is in flight school with the goal of becoming an airline pilot. Maverick is still in elementary school and enjoys playing football as a linebacker. As a family, they enjoy outdoor adventures, travel, and time on the water. Rob is also a car enthusiast and enjoys restoring classic cars. He even built a replica of The DeLorean Time Machine from the Back to The Future movies. He is a key member of several car clubs.

Rob is an active member of his church and serves as a Deacon. He’s also a former board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas and a former Cub Scout Den Leader.

Walter P. Tramontin has been a dedicated professional in the financial services industry since 1987. His deep institutional knowledge and continuity in leadership has made him a trusted advisor for decades.

Through one-on-one planning, Leah empowers her clients to identify what truly matters – enabling them to find clarity, confidence, and balance in every stage of life.

Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2015, Leah was a private banker at JPMorgan Chase, where she worked closely with select individuals and their families to deliver highly personalized financial solutions. Her success was built on deep relationships and a strong understanding of her clients’ needs. This experience shaped Leah’s holistic approach to financial advising- one that looks beyond investments to encompass a client’s full financial picture and life’s goals.

Outside of the office Leah and her husband Rob’s world revolves around their two sons, Maverick & Brennan. She is their biggest fan, often cheering them on at sports events. Leah has a passion for pugs and has had four over the past 20 years. A devoted member of Leon Springs Baptist Church, she teaches Sunday school and volunteers with the youth. Health and fitness are also a big part of her life, and she regularly trains for marathons and works out in the gym. Leah’s enthusiasm for cars- especially Corvettes led her to serve as the membership director for the Texas Corvette Association.

About Adriana Estevez

Adriana V. Estevez has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She plays a key leadership position of the South Texas Heritage Team at Morgan Stanley. She has spent the past 13 years with the firm and holds the Series 7, 63 & 66 as well as a Life Insurance license.

Adriana is known for her strategic insight and operational excellence. She is deeply committed to the team’s clients. She understands that financial guidance touches the most important parts of a person’s life – and she considers that responsibility both a privilege and a calling. Her focus is to work very closely with the six Financial Advisors of the team and help deliver thoughtful, timely strategies to help clients pursue their goals with confidence and clarity. Adriana oversees the team’s operations as well, ensuring a streamlined service model that upholds the highest standards of efficiency and responsiveness.

A native of San Antonio, Adriana earned he Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, where she served as Student Government President.

Outside of her professional life, Adriana is a proud mother of four – Gabriella, Alex, Evan, and Matthew-and cherishes time with her family, especially traveling and making new memories. She is very curious and enjoys learning and embraces an active lifestyle as part of her commitment to wellness.

Adriana is also a contributing member of Executive Women International®, a premier organization for business professionals. She has served on its Board of Directors and chaired the Philanthropy and Membership committees. Adriana is passionate about her community service and finds it a meaningful complement to her professional life.

About Ellie Lackey

Ellie Lackey joined Morgan Stanley in 2011. As the primary point of contact for the South Texas Heritage, she oversees all the client service needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience with a focus on exceptional satisfaction. Recognized by the Firm as a Client Service Associate with the "Best Attitude", Ellie believes in the power of bringing a smile to the office every day.

Originally from upstate New York, Ellie earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and Psychology from St. Fisher College and a Master's degree in Literacy Instruction from Nazareth College.

Ellie lives in Hickory, NC with her wife Kristin and their daughter Leighton Beau. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hitting up every playground in town and supporting animal rights and local farmers. Go Spurs Go!

About Nancy Nirdlinger

Nancy A. Nirdlinger brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked Optima Capital Management, LLC, a boutique investment firm, where she began her career in operations and expanded into roles focused on financial reporting, international banking, and strengthening client relationships.

Following a merger with Actinver Securities, LLC. Nancy helped launch a new department - Actinver Wealth Management - dedicated to delivering integrated wealth & tax planning strategies. The department became a specialized office serving high-net-worth families, primarily from Mexico. Her work included advising on the structure of domestic LLC’s, LP’s and International LP’s and providing guidance on international tax planning, complex wealth strategies, and succession planning.

Originally from Mexico City, Nancy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Tecnologica De Mexico (UNITEC) and relocated to San Antonio, TX in 2006.

She joined the South Texas Heritage Team at Morgan Stanley in January 2025.

Outside the office, Nancy enjoys regular exercise, spending quality time with friends, and exploring new places and restaurants beyond San Antonio.

About Mason Nelson

Mason Nelson has over three years of experience in the financial service industry, including the past two years with Morgan Stanley. He is a fully registered Client Service Associate who holds his securities licenses Series 7 & Series 66. Mason concentrates in supporting clients with their account service needs, offering a high level of responsiveness and care.

A proud Red Raider, Mason earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Texas Tech University. He was born and raised in Kerrville, Texas in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. He can often be found hiking, fly fishing, & exploring the many National Parks across the United States.

About Will Curran

Will Curran is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Texas.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Will began his career in financial services in 1987, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Market Manager at Presidio Bank. He also served as a Commercial Banking Director at Citibank.

Will is a graduate of the University of California, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He lives in New Braunfels, Texas with his family. Outside of the office, Will enjoys enjoys playing and making guitars, as well as cycling.
