About Thomas J Fitzsimmons
Thomas J. Fitzsimmons is Executive Director and Senior Investment Management Consultant at Morgan Stanley, an accomplished financial services executive with over 40 years of experience in providing tailored wealth management solutions. He has a proven history of advising individuals, families, and institutions through goals based financial planning, custom investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning.
Since launching his career in 1985 with E.F. Hutton, then Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1986, Tom has remained with the firm through its evolution into Morgan Stanley. He has cultivated a distinguished record of guiding high-net worth individuals and families through every stage of wealth planning. He specializes in delivering customized, tax-efficient strategies through intentional upfront discovery, retirement planning, custom investment management solutions, estate planning services, and philanthropic giving. All designed to assist clients with their current financial needs, grow wealth, transferring their legacy according to their unique goals and values.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University.
He is an active member of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants (APIC) and the National Committee on Planned Giving. Committed to service beyond his profession, he has served as President of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a Board Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and most recently on the Board of Trustees for Meals on Wheels SA.
Tom contributes his leadership to University Methodist Church and has dedicated years to youth ministry, and currently serves on the UMC Foundation committee. Originally from New York City and raised in San Antonio, he and his wife, Kathy have three grown children, Shauna, Steven, and Mitchel. Outside the office, Tom enjoys time with family, friends, golf, fitness, travel, and his sweet dog, Sadie.

Glenn E. Welch is a seasoned Financial Advisor with nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry, all of which have been spent with Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms. About Rob Wyckoff
Robert R. Wyckoff is a founding partner of the South Texas Heritage Team at Morgan Stanley, where he brings a client-first approach to wealth management. He holds Series 7, Series 66, & Insurance licenses as well as the Portfolio Manager designation. Rob also holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) credential, allowing him to guide closely held businesses and their owners through the process of exiting their companies with confidence and clarity.
Within the team, Rob’s specializes in working with business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals on long-term strategic planning, portfolio construction, and multigenerational wealth strategies. His work includes advising clients on liquidity events, philanthropic planning, and succession strategies using the Value Acceleration Methodology™. His goal is to help clients align their personal and business financial decisions with what matters most to them.
With 20 years of experience in the financial industry Rob has worked with entrepreneurs and corporate executives across a wide range of industries, as well as professional athletes, charities, and foundations, and closely held companies. He is passionate about helping clients achieve both financial and life goals for themselves and future generations.
A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Rob was the President of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity and was in Naval ROTC. He also interned for George W. Bush when he was the Governor of Texas.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife Leah who is also a founding partner of the South Texas Heritage Team and their two sons, Maverick & Brennan. Brennan is in flight school with the goal of becoming an airline pilot. Maverick is still in elementary school and enjoys playing football as a linebacker. As a family, they enjoy outdoor adventures, travel, and time on the water. Rob is also a car enthusiast and enjoys restoring classic cars. He even built a replica of The DeLorean Time Machine from the Back to The Future movies. He is a key member of several car clubs.
Rob is an active member of his church and serves as a Deacon. He’s also a former board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas and a former Cub Scout Den Leader.

Walter P. Tramontin has been a dedicated professional in the financial services industry since 1987. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2015, Leah was a private banker at JPMorgan Chase, where she worked closely with select individuals and their families to deliver highly personalized financial solutions. Adriana is known for her strategic insight and operational excellence. She is deeply committed to the team’s clients. Ellie Lackey joined Morgan Stanley in 2011. As the primary point of contact for the South Texas Heritage, she oversees all the client service needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience with a focus on exceptional satisfaction. Recognized by the Firm as a Client Service Associate with the "Best Attitude", Ellie believes in the power of bringing a smile to the office every day.

About Nancy Nirdlinger
Nancy A. Nirdlinger brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked Optima Capital Management, LLC, a boutique investment firm, where she began her career in operations and expanded into roles focused on financial reporting, international banking, and strengthening client relationships.
Following a merger with Actinver Securities, LLC. Nancy helped launch a new department - Actinver Wealth Management - dedicated to delivering integrated wealth & tax planning strategies. The department became a specialized office serving high-net-worth families, primarily from Mexico. Her work included advising on the structure of domestic LLC’s, LP’s and International LP’s and providing guidance on international tax planning, complex wealth strategies, and succession planning.
Originally from Mexico City, Nancy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Tecnologica De Mexico (UNITEC) and relocated to San Antonio, TX in 2006.
She joined the South Texas Heritage Team at Morgan Stanley in January 2025.
Outside the office, Nancy enjoys regular exercise, spending quality time with friends, and exploring new places and restaurants beyond San Antonio.

Will began his career in financial services in 1987, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Market Manager at Presidio Bank. He also served as a Commercial Banking Director at Citibank.
Will is a graduate of the University of California, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He lives in New Braunfels, Texas with his family. Outside of the office, Will enjoys enjoys playing and making guitars, as well as cycling.
