About Me

Rodney began his career as a Financial Advisor with Dean Witter in 1993 and has remained with the firm through the merger with Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney.  He has recently celebrated his 24th anniversary with the firm. A native of Lubbock nearly all of his life, Rodney graduated 7th of 350 at Lubbock High School, then attended The University of Texas pursuing a Chemical Engineering degree.  Rodney focuses on retirement planning in both the accumulation and especially the distribution phase.  Rodney and his wife Terri, a Programmer in the Information technology department at University Health System, have 2 grown daughters, Brandi and Jessica.  In their spare time they enjoy riding Harleys, traveling and scuba diving.  Rodney and Terri are the happiest when spending time with the family.

About Me

Leroy is a veteran of the financial services industry, having begun his career with Merrill Lynch in 1980.  He Joined Dean Witter in 1987 and has remained with the company through the merger with Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney.  Originally from Los Alamos, New Mexico, Leroy has lived in Lubbock with his wife Marty since 1973.  He earned his degree in Education from Eastern New Mexico University and has completed significant post graduate work in counseling at Texas Tech.  Leroy and Marty have two children.  Their daughter Vanessa lives in Lubbock, and his son Paul lives in Austin.  Away from the office Leroy loves to play golf as well as camping and fishing in the mountains.  His favorite domestic activity is gardening alongside Marty in the backyard.  Active within his community, Leroy has been involved with various city and service boards and organizations.

About Me

Arthur Natividad has worked through the ranks at Morgan Stanley progressing from an Intern to a Client Service associate and completed the Financial Advisor Associate program in 2015.  Arthur joined The Fallin Montoya Group at Morgan Stanley in March of 2012.  Among helping provide quality service to our clients Arthur also brings his background of Financial Planning to the team creating personalized financial plans for our clients.  Arthur graduated from Roosevelt high school in Lubbock then from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s in Personal Financial Planning.  Arthur enjoys spending time with his wife Brandi and their two daughters Sidney and Stella.  Along with spending time with his family Arthur enjoys playing golf and watching college football.
