Our team has extensive experience in helping clients navigate the intricacies of stock plans, from understanding the tax implications to making informed investment decisions.
Importantly, in addition to helping our clients build wealth, help with reducing taxes, and minimize the risk of outliving their savings, we also focus on helping our clients deal with life's transitions. These include helping clients prepare for retirement, deal with divorce, the death of a spouse, looking after aged parents and their estates, controlling inheritances. About Andrew Davis
Andrew Davis was born and raised in Southern California, spending his early years in Culver City and Manhattan Beach. He played varsity volleyball for Culver City High School and Mira Costa High School and served as the Parliamentarian for the Culver-Palms Family YMCA (CPY) delegation as part of the state-wide Youth & Government program. It was during his high school years that he also met his wife, Sonia.
For college, he decided a change of scenery was in order, so he left for New Orleans, LA to study finance at Tulane University in the fall of 2003. He narrowly escaped town during Hurricane Katrina, driving out 18 hours before the storm hit on a bridge that was not there the next day. Once the city was back up and running, Andrew returned to finish his final two years of school where he received his Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) degree from Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
Andrew’s career began in 2007 as a Registered Client Service Associate at UBS Financial Services in Century City, CA where he learned all aspects of the business while supporting three sole practitioner Financial Advisors. During this time, he obtained his Series 7, Series 66, and CA insurance licenses.
In March of 2009 he followed his lead advisor over to Morgan Stanley (Smith Barney), where he began formally training to become a Financial Advisor and has been with the firm ever since.
He now serves as a Financial Advisor on The South Bay Group at Morgan Stanley and is excited to bring his diverse industry background to the team focusing on analytics, portfolio management and financial planning.
He and Sonia now live in Redondo Beach, CA with their daughter Mackenzie and their Aussie Labradoodle Mochi. In his spare time, he enjoys playing beach volleyball, paddle tennis, golf, and poker, as well as snowboarding, hiking, camping, DJing, and dancing.

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Financial Advisers can conduct their business in several ways: individually, as a member of a team of Financial Advisors, or through the formation of a Strategic Partnership with another Financial Advisor or team of Financial Advisors. A Strategic Partnership is an arrangement between a Financial Advisor or a team of Financial Advisors with another Financial Advisor or team of Financial Advisors that has a unique focus or knowledge regarding a specific business concentration, product area, and/or client type. If your account is with an individual Financial Advisor, that Financial Advisor services all facets of your account. If your account is with a Financial Advisor who is a member of a team, any Financial Advisor on the team can service your account. If your Financial Advisor is part of a Strategic Partnership, his or her role in that Strategic Partnership may be limited to a specific business and/or product area and may not cover all facets of your account. The use of the terms “Partner” or “Strategic Partner” and/or “Partnership” or “Strategic Partnership” are used as terms of art and not used to imply or connote any legal relationship.
