    Dedicated Equity Plan Specialists

For many, equity in their company is an important piece of their full financial picture and since everyone's situation is unique, we can help create a plan that caters specifically to your needs and goals. As Dedicated Equity Plan Specialists we are financial advisors who focus on company specific plans to serve our clients' needs.

Being designated advisors, we can help you determine how your equity compensation fits into your overall goals and financial strategy, through personalized financial plans and tailored strategies. We are positioned to service and educate on the full suite of workplace benefits and can help you address questions related to grants/awards, vesting events, restricted stock units, and more.

    Equity Compensation 101
When you own company equity, you become a shareholder in your company. Equity programs vary widely, so it's important to understand the details and how it fits into your financial plan.

    Stock Options
Stock Options give employees the right – but not the obligation – to purchase shares at a fixed price. If the value of the stock increased over time, the holder can earn a profit. The two types of stock options, Incentive Stock Options (ISOs) and Non–Qualified Stock Options (NQSOs), differ in their tax treatment.

    Restricted Stock Units (RSU)
RSUs are usually given to reward employees for their hard work, giving ownership in the company they're helping grow. RSU is a promise to deliver stock to the holder on a specified event or date.

    Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP)
An Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) is an optional benefit some companies offer. Through payroll deductions, employees may be able to purchase company stock at a discount to the current market price.

For Jeramy, helping preserve the wealth that his clients have worked so hard to achieve is not just a job, but his mission. He was inspired to become a Financial Advisor after his father's medical crisis, which revealed that despite having a will and estate plan in place, his parents did not have an integrated wealth management strategy that could have better prepared them for the unexpected. This experience motivated Jeramy to help others take control of their financial future with greater clarity and confidence.

Prior to his career as a Financial Advisor, Jeramy worked as a research chemist focused on evaluating the effects of pesticides on food. His research is still utilized by governmental agencies worldwide to establish regulations on pesticide use in agriculture.

Born, raised, and educated in England, Jeramy currently resides in Orange County, California, with his wife, son, and stepson. He has a passion for modernist cuisine and enjoys cooking, as well as pursuing hobbies such as woodworking, photography, and travel in his free time.

Jeramy earned a membership in the prestigious 2024 Master's Club, showcasing his outstanding dedication and leadership in the industry and at Morgan Stanley. https://mgstn.ly/48yHOEI

About Andrew Davis

Andrew Davis was born and raised in Southern California, spending his early years in Culver City and Manhattan Beach. He played varsity volleyball for Culver City High School and Mira Costa High School and served as the Parliamentarian for the Culver-Palms Family YMCA (CPY) delegation as part of the state-wide Youth & Government program. It was during his high school years that he also met his wife, Sonia.

For college, he decided a change of scenery was in order, so he left for New Orleans, LA to study finance at Tulane University in the fall of 2003. He narrowly escaped town during Hurricane Katrina, driving out 18 hours before the storm hit on a bridge that was not there the next day. Once the city was back up and running, Andrew returned to finish his final two years of school where he received his Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) degree from Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.

Andrew’s career began in 2007 as a Registered Client Service Associate at UBS Financial Services in Century City, CA where he learned all aspects of the business while supporting three sole practitioner Financial Advisors. During this time, he obtained his Series 7, Series 66, and CA insurance licenses.

In March of 2009 he followed his lead advisor over to Morgan Stanley (Smith Barney), where he began formally training to become a Financial Advisor and has been with the firm ever since.

He now serves as a Financial Advisor on The South Bay Group at Morgan Stanley and is excited to bring his diverse industry background to the team focusing on analytics, portfolio management and financial planning.

He and Sonia now live in Redondo Beach, CA with their daughter Mackenzie and their Aussie Labradoodle Mochi. In his spare time, he enjoys playing beach volleyball, paddle tennis, golf, and poker, as well as snowboarding, hiking, camping, DJing, and dancing.
