Our Story

Since 2001, the South Bay Group at Morgan Stanley has been helping our clients make smart decisions regarding their investments and overall financial health.

Our independent wealth management process eliminates conflicts of interest, and puts clients' needs first. Our process is designed to help us understand the unique needs of each client, to identify gaps between a client's present financial situation and where they want to be in future, and to identify solutions to fill those gaps. Our process also enables us to provide unbiased financial advice, along with personalized, tax-efficient investment solutions that are updated as clients' needs change during their lifetimes, and beyond.

Our services include hands-on investment management (socially aware upon request), along with asset preservation strategies, insurance, retirement planning, estate planning strategies, and access to lending solutions where needed.

Importantly, in addition to helping our clients build wealth, reduce taxes, and minimize the risk of outliving their savings, we also focus on helping our clients deal with life's transitions. These include helping clients prepare for retirement, deal with divorce, the death of a spouse, look after aged parents and their estates, controlling inheritances. The diversity of our caring team members' experiences have been invaluable in helping clients, as is our collaboration with clients' attorneys and tax advisors, as needed.     About Me

    Since 2000, Jeramy has been helping clients assemble the pieces of their financial puzzle into a cohesive plan for achieving the future they envision. Analytical and process-driven by nature, Jeramy focuses on retirement planning and tax-efficient integrated wealth management. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, and has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager for Los Angeles every year from 2012 to 2017.

    For Jeramy, helping people protect the wealth they have worked so hard to achieve is more than a job—it is his mission. He decided to become a Financial Advisor after his father experienced a medical crisis. Having discovered that his parents, despite having a will and an estate plan in place, did not have an integrated wealth management strategy that prepared them for the unexpected, Jeramy realized that this was true of many people, and a new career was born. Since then, Jeramy has resolved to help people take control of their financial future with greater clarity and confidence.

    Jeramy began his career as a research chemist focused on evaluating the effects of pesticides on food. His research is still used today by numerous governmental agencies around the world to set regulations on which pesticides can safely be used on crops.

    Born, raised and educated in England, Jeramy currently lives in Orange County, California, with his wife, son and stepson. He has a passion for cooking (modernist cuisine) and enjoys travel, woodworking and photography in his free time.

    About Me

    For more than 15 years, Stephen has been helping clients identify and implement customized solutions for putting their wealth to work to achieve their goals. He focuses on real estate, lending solutions and non-liquid investments, as well as working with clients’ attorneys and CPAs on estate planning.

    Stephen believes the cornerstone of a strong advisory relationship is in-depth and ongoing discovery into all the aspects of a client’s life that may impact their financial situation.

    Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2001, Stephen spent 23 years as an executive in the fashion industry, working with brands like Nike and Adidas. He finds that there are strong parallels between fashion and financial services. Success in both industries depends upon getting to know the clients who you’re working with, being able to understand their needs and providing access to relevant solutions and products.

    Stephen loves the outdoors and currently lives in Colorado with his wife and four children. An active member of the community, Stephen is a board member of the Elks, as well as his church and local Youth Lacrosse Association.

    As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, I work with clients in all stages of the wealth cycle to create solutions for each chapter of life. I add value working with professional corporations and law offices to implement tax advantage plans for the owners and partners. I also work with the owners and partners on a personal level to help plan their income in retirement using strategies such as personal pensions, defined contribution plans and net unrealized appreciation (NUA) for corporations issuing stock.

    I am active in the local community serving on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles Rugby club and their youth organization, as well as being member of Surfrider Foundation, Heal the Bay and the Manhattan Beach chapter of Toastmasters International. In addition, I volunteer teaching financial education to the community at Cal State Long Beach.

    I live in the South Bay with my wife Rachel, our two daughters, Millie (4) and Kit (2) and our dog Ollie. In my spare time I enjoy surfing, playing beach volleyball and hiking. I am currently perusing my goal of summiting all of the 14,000 ft. peaks in California.
