Your customized asset allocation reflects risk, opportunities and taxation across multiple entities, while integrating your investing and estate plans.
4. Integration of Tactical Asset Allocation
Short-term adjustments seek to capitalize on temporary market distortions. Before making adjustments, we analyze the impact of taxes and trading costs on potential returns.
5. Implementation of a Customized Wealth Strategy
After comprehensive due diligence and analysis of expected results across multiple market scenarios, strategies are chosen from our expansive investment platform.
6. Ongoing Assessment
In coordination with your other advisors, we can conduct ongoing reviews and comprehensive reporting to ensure that your strategy adapts to changing financial and family needs.

About Me
While earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2008 from the University of Montana, Andrew started his financial career at the Chicago Board of Trade. He then joined JP Morgan Chase. Andrew deepened his financial experience by successfully completing his FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, & 66 exams, as well as his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Investment Management Analyst® designations. In 2024, he joined Morgan Stanley to continue to build his advisory practice.
Understanding that investing and managing personal finances can be an emotional experience, Andrew focuses on delivering his understanding of the markets in combination with Morgan Stanley’s tools and platforms to provide thoughtful strategies for his clients’ wealth management needs. Whether they strive to secure retirement, send children to college, or purchase a forever home, Andrew is passionate about being a part of that process for his clients.
Andrew resides in Point Loma with his wife and two children. Outside of the office, he is a YMCA Adventure Guides Chief, helping his children and community enjoy national parks and the great outdoors. In his free time, Andrew enjoys tennis, golf, boating, snowboarding, and playing guitar.

“I’m passionate about my business because as a financial advisor, we see all different phases of life and there’s nothing better than being able to contribute to a client’s happiness.” For each of his clients, Zhi focuses on developing a comprehensive financial plan and delivering tailored advice after understanding what they want to achieve.
With 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Zhi joins Morgan Stanley in 2024 to continue to build upon his practice. Zhi currently holds his FINRA Series 7 & 66 exams, as well as his CFP®, CHFC ®,and CDFA ®, designations. He is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Zhi resides in North County San Diego with his wife and two children along with their dogs Boba and Truffle. In his free time, he enjoys travelling with his family, ocean fishing, wine, and raising koi fish.

His unwavering commitment to client success and deep understanding of financial markets garnered recognition - leading him to serve at two of the world’s largest financial institutions. Jesse recently embarked on an exciting new chapter by joining Morgan Stanley, a global leader in wealth management and financial services. With his team, Jesse will continue his mission to provide personalized, financial guidance to his clients.
Outside of work, Jesse finds joy in spending time with his twin daughters, traveling, attending live music events, and trying new restaurants.

Michael began his career in financial services in 2008, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Premier Banker at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
He lives in Chula Vista, California with his family. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys watching soccer and baseball, traveling, and spending time with his family.
