About George Jenckes
George's deep understanding of the founders’ journey allows him to guide clients through complex financial decisions, such as Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) tax planning, pre- and post-transaction liquidity events, and the management of concentrated stock positions. He works closely with founders to develop customized strategies for diversifying their wealth, mitigating tax liabilities, and implementing estate planning techniques to protect assets in anticipation of a liquidity event.
In addition, George leverages his extensive knowledge of private markets to guide founders through the process of navigating secondary sales of their private company shares. George's expertise in this domain is particularly valuable for founders seeking to unlock liquidity prior to an initial public offering or strategic acquisition. He works closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that allow them to prudently monetize a portion of their illiquid holdings, while also positioning the remainder of their wealth for continued growth. This specialized approach enables founders to diversify their personal assets, mitigate concentration risk, and position themselves for long-term financial security.
As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and holder of the Alternative Investments Director designation, George has a robust understanding of global portfolio construction, with a specific focus on private equity, venture capital, and real assets.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, George was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Strategist at Bank of America, where he provided investment strategy advice and capital markets execution to corporate executive clients. Earlier in his career, George was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers and an Associate and Analyst at J.P. Morgan.
George graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
George and his wife, Ann, currently reside in Fairfield, CT with their two children, Ryan, and Alexis. George’s favorite activities outside of work include hiking, skiing, exploring national parks, strength training, and walking his dog, Leo.

About Joshua A. Glazer
Josh's deep understanding of both the startup landscape and the intricacies of the hedge fund and private equity industries allows him to provide customized solutions for clients facing complex financial situations. For venture-backed founders and early employees, his areas of concentration include sophisticated portfolio construction that balances liquidity needs with long-term growth, estate planning strategies designed to preserve and transfer newly created wealth, and QSBS (Qualified Small Business Stock) planning to maximize tax benefits. For hedge fund and private equity executives, Josh excels in developing strategies that address the unique challenges of carried interest, co-investment opportunities, and the tax implications of complex compensation structures.
Additionally, Josh develops comprehensive balance sheet solutions that address the needs of clients with concentrated stock positions, irregular income streams common in the venture-backed world, and the sophisticated financial instruments often held by fund executives. As an Alternative Investments Director, Josh provides his diverse client base with in-depth guidance on portfolio diversification, often through non-traditional investment opportunities that complement their professional endeavors.
A key strength of Josh's approach is his ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights—a skill particularly valued by time-constrained founders, executives, and fund managers navigating rapid business growth alongside personal wealth management. This expertise has made him a trusted advisor during critical financial events such as IPOs, acquisitions, fund launches, and significant liquidity events.
