About Peter J Scheid

Pete Scheid serves generations of families as well as companies and institutional endowments throughout the state. Combining insight with experience, Pete provides comprehensive and sophisticated financial advice to help address clients’ specific objectives.

For over 30 years as a financial advisor, Pete’s ability to customize strategies and to personalize client service has been the cornerstone of his practice. Dexter Parulan is a Senior Vice President, Family Wealth Director, Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. For over fifteen years, Dexter has helped families identify and realize their financial goals.

He started his career as a Senior Financial Consultant at US Bancorp Investments in February of 2000 prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2006. Since joining Morgan Stanley, he has honed his skills in financial planning and asset management through continuing education.

Dexter was born and raised in the Philippines where he spent the first 19 years of his life. He followed his heart and came to America in 1992 and later married his high school sweetheart, Theresa. They have been blessed with two wonderful children, Hannah and Jacob.

As an immigrant to this country, Dexter has a great appreciation for the abundance of opportunities that are afforded to those that are patient and willing to work hard. Kelley was born and raised in Walnut Creek, CA. She moved to Sacramento in the early 90’s to attend CSU, Sacramento and graduated in 1995 with a BA in Liberal Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and relaxing by her pool.

About Elizabeth Chavez

Liz grew up in the Sacramento Area and is a graduate of UC Davis. She started her journey in the securities industry 20 years ago as a registered broker with E*Trade Financial. She relocated with E*Trade a couple times, taking her to Tampa, Florida and then to Sandy, Utah. Liz eventually found her way to Morgan Stanley, starting with the Utah Central Review Unit in 2012. After spending 10 years in Utah, she moved back to California and joined the Sacramento Market in 2017 as a Risk Officer. Most recently, she joined The Sacramento Wealth Management Group as a Business Development Associate where she oversees the team’s operations. Liz is married and in her spare time, she likes to bake, workout, attend concerts, and spend time with friends and family. She now resides in West Sacramento, CA.
