About Tomer Rabizadeh

Tomer’s passion for helping families with their financial needs began in 2002, when he graduated from high school and immediately got a job working as a bank teller. After 5 years in retail banking, Tomer left to focus more time and effort on his education. While at UCLA, he focused on his other passion: everything having to do with American and Middle East politics. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA in 2008 with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Public Affairs and then moved to New York City in 2009, to start his career.

Ironically, the Great Recession drew Tomer to a career in financial services, as the events of that period piqued his interest in Capital Markets. That, along with his perpetual thirst for knowledge, combined with his commitment to client service and education were the motivations for his choice to pursue his career. By early 2010 Tomer was licensed with a Series 7 and 63 and began working on Wall Street at a small firm in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District. While in New York Tomer not only learned a great deal about U.S. equity markets and how to work with High Net Worth clients, he also met his wife. And after 4 short years, he realized he wanted to expand his client offering and begin a family.

Those factors led to his return to Los Angeles in 2013 and to him starting the next chapter of his career at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor. Since then he has attained a Series 66, California Life Insurance and Long Term Care, an NMLS license as well as earning the Financial Planning Specialist and Portfolio Management designations at Morgan Stanley.

Some of these factors include: the Plan's investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan's flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan's investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state's own Qualified Tuition Program. 10An investment in an exchange-traded fund (ETF) involves risks similar to those of investing in a broadly based portfolio of equity securities traded on exchange in the relevant securities market, such as market fluctuations caused by such factors as economic and political developments, changes in interest rates and perceived trends in stock prices. The investment return and principal value of ETF investments will fluctuate, so that an investor’s ETF shares, if or when sold, may be worth more or less than the original cost.

Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of an exchange-traded fund (ETF) before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information about the ETF. To obtain a prospectus, contact your Financial Advisor or visit the ETF company’s website. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.

21Investing in the market entails the risk of market volatility. The value of all types of investments may increase or decrease over varying time periods. The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of sustainable or impact investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because sustainability and impact criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
