As a former accountant, Lee launched his Wealth Management career in 1980. Lee has spent decades bringing clients collaborative resources that serve their investment, liability and legacy solutions. About Len Baldassare
After spending close to 20 years in operations with another financial services organization, Len changed careers in 2015 to follow his dream of becoming a financial advisor. Making a career change at the age of 45 was one of the most difficult decisions to make but has also been the most rewarding experience. Within five years he build a practice comparable to advisors who have been in the business for 20 years.
Len graduated from Hofstra University and holds his BBA in Finance. Len resides near the bay on the southern shore of Long Island with his wife and son, while his daughter lives in San Diego.
