About Kathleen Roeser
Kathy Roeser is a Managing Director and founder of The Roeser Barbanente Group at Morgan Stanley. For over 35 years, Kathy has been helping successful executives, professionals and multi-generational families build and protect their wealth.
Kathy’s strategy includes a goals-based approach to financial planning and creating tailored investment management solutions. Taking time at the outset to understand what matters most to each client allows her to create a customized plan that gives clients confidence that they can achieve their financial goals. From younger clients who are focused on wealth accumulation, to mid-life clients whose goals are asset preservation and retirement planning, to older clients who are thinking about estate and legacy planning, Kathy is the advisor they trust to create a personalized wealth-management strategy.
Kathy believes that an educated investor is a better investor, therefore she spends time at each client meeting discussing the capital markets and how they impact a client’s plans. She also is a frequent contributor to financial news publications, such as Forbes and Barron’s, speaks at investment management conventions and hosts financial-planning seminars.
In recognition of her experience and commitment to clients and educating the public, Kathy has received numerous distinctions and professional accolades. Outside of the office, she enjoys time with her husband and two sons, playing golf and traveling.

About Harris Mandel
Harris Mandel supports the team's clients by performing analytical functions related to portfolio allocations and reporting. He is also the team's liaison for executive compensation plans.
Harris is a Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor®, bringing years of client service experience and a vast knowledge of investment operations to his current position. In his previous role as a Client Service Analyst, he worked closely with clients to provide daily support for their requests, such as processing transactions, executing portfolio changes, and creating meeting reports and proposals. Prior to joining The Roeser Barbanente Group at Morgan Stanley, he worked in the Investment Operations Outsourcing department of a large bank, gaining a broad understanding of all aspects of investment operations.
