As a Portfolio Associate for The Rockefeller Center Group, Jenna’s primary focus is on providing exceptional service and strategic operational support to the group’s clients. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2016, she has honed a deep understanding of the Firm’s internal processes and procedures, allowing her to promptly address a variety of client needs. She is responsible for many aspects of the client relationship, starting with onboarding and enrollment, and spanning from financial planning to daily account maintenance. Jenna is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and uses this knowledge in every facet of her role, particularly when it comes to creating personalized, goals-based financial plans for her clients.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jenna graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She enjoys traveling as well as spending quality time with family and friends. Most recently, Jenna founded the Manny Caridad Scholarship Fund, which aims to provide scholarships to high school students in her home town of Staten Island in memory of Jenna’s closest loved one.
