About Robert W. Johnson
Later in 2018 he joined The Robert L. Johnson Group at Morgan Stanley. He received the designation of Financial Planning Specialist while working in the Las Vegas, NV branch, and has also been a member of the Pacesetters Club from 2021-2024.
As a Graduate of Colorado State University (CSU), Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance concentration and double option in both Investment Analysis and Corporate Finance.
While attending CSU, Robert established a successful social media marketing business. As an influencer, he managed corporate relationships through product analysis and content creation in support of the marketing needs of many companies. This was done while pursuing a full-time education, and concurrently working in the restaurant industry as a chef and consultant.
Robert is also an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, a world-renowned college of hospitality and culinary arts. Ranking top of his class during his time there, he excelled in all subjects. This education reinforced the importance of a detail oriented and client focused approach.
Growing up around the financial industry, Robert has been mentored by many of its respected veterans including his father Robert L. Johnson, an Executive Director, Financial Advisor, and Certified Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley with over 45 years of experience.
Beyond his role with Morgan Stanley, Robert enjoys giving back to the community. Some activities include volunteering at the Humane Society, participating in 5Ks for awareness, and supporting outdoor conservation. He attended Citizens Police Academy in Colorado and has studied a variety of martial arts. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time exploring the outdoors.

About Robert L. Johnson
Robert started his career in the Securities Industry in 1978 after serving as a representative and leader/trainer for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Argentina, South America from 1974 to 1976. After his time in Argentina, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a composite degree in Marketing, Accounting and Economics. While at BYU, he was awarded an academic scholarship, and has since returned as a mentor and speaker in the exclusive Marriott School of Business Executive Lecture Series. While completing his final year at BYU, Robert began his career in the Financial Services Industry as a General Agent, and Registered Representative for Investors Life Insurance Company and North America Management, Inc.
In 1981, he became an Account Executive for Smith Barney Harris Upham Inc. After achieving the number one position in his class, he received several prestigious awards including Pacesetter II, Constellation, Powers Prep, Rain Maker, and Top 100 Club. From 1981 to 2024, he has been awarded the following titles and advancements: Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Second Vice President, Vice President, First Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Managing Director.
In 1988, at Smith Barney’s request, he participated in their Executive Sales Leadership Management Training Program. Included therein were qualifications for the New York Stock Exchange Series 8 Supervisory License, as well as opportunities in Smith Barney Firm Management. In 1991, Mr. Johnson was one of the firm’s first representatives to take part in Smith Barney’s proprietary-discretionary securities Portfolio Advisory Program. He completed formal portfolio management training and received the Certified Portfolio Manager designation during this period. In addition, he was given the assignment of serving as one of Smith Barney’s exclusive Middle Markets Consultants, specializing in the development and supervision of municipal and institutional accounts.
Robert provides comprehensive financial planning advice while managing a diverse clientele with his current responsibilities centered in Private Portfolio Management for high-net-worth individuals and institutions. He is one of the top producers with Morgan Stanley in the Consulting Services Group and has been a member of the Senior Consultants Council. His principal business emphasis is on discretionary fee basis portfolio management, and he has been awarded the Alchemist designation as well as Master’s, President’s, and Chairman’s Council membership from 1994 to present time.
On a personal note, Robert is married with three sons. He has enjoyed an active lifelong participation in various martial arts and has earned the rank of third-degree black belt. He is also a qualified SCCA and NHRA competitive driver, which was accomplished while participating in various motorsports. His interest in the motorsports includes classic auto restoration, and the ownership and restoration of an NCRS Top-Flight award winning 1966 Corvette 427, as well as a magazine featured 1973 Plymouth Road Runner.

About Miles C. Johnson
While working with Smith Barney, he simultaneously obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Theory and Philosophy with an emphasis on Media Law from California State University Northridge. As a student, his scholastic achievements were honored throughout his time at the university by achieving a place on the Dean’s List for the entire duration of his schooling.
In addition to his university education, Miles became an alumnus of the National Outdoor Leadership School, a.k.a. NOLS, for their Semester in the Rockies, where he studied leadership skills and risk assessment strategies. Their program is famous for contribution to the leadership training of NASA’s astronauts, including the Columbia Shuttle Crew in 2001.
Miles grew up in the financial industry. His father, Robert L. Johnson, is an Executive Director and Certified Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley with over 45 years of experience. Throughout Miles’ time working with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, he was personally mentored by his father, learning the business from him as well as from many of the industry’s most capable and respected veterans.
His licenses include: NYSE Series 7, FINRA Series 66, and Life / Variable Insurance. As a Series 66 registered investment advisor at Morgan Stanley, he has been trained with a focus on economic factors, business information, investment characteristics, client recommendations / strategies, laws, regulations, and guidelines.
On a more personal note, Miles is also a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT), avid outdoorsman, overlander, and survivalist. He has trained under numerous internationally recognized professionals and organizations in the outdoor community, including Tom Brown Jr., the world’s foremost tracker and survivalist. Over the past 16 years, Miles has worked and volunteered as an outdoor instructor, guide, and lecturer; teaching backpacking, hiking, canyoneering, rock-climbing, kayaking, snowboarding, and many other outdoor related activities.

About Londyn Crowder-Maree

Londyn began her career in financial services in 2008, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Regional Bank Private Banker at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. She also served as a Wealth Management Banker and an Internal Sales Specialist at Merrill Lynch.
Londyn is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she received Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She lives in Valencia, CA with her daughter Jonah. Outside of the office, Londyn enjoys fashion, music as well as dedicating time to her church and philanthropic outreach programs.
