The Rhoda Rossetti Group at Morgan Stanley

Our Mission Statement
Welcome
Our collaborative approach, dedicated work ethic, accessibility and empathy are among the reasons we believe so many clients have been with us since 2000. Each member of our team brings a set of complementary skills, which together creates a foundation of innovation, knowledge and action.
Wealth management is a regular, collaborative process that begins by helping you articulate and define your specific goals. Before we dispense any financial wisdom, we take the time to understand what’s important in your life—whether it’s retirement planning, education planning for children or grandchildren, or helping with your estate planning needs. In addition to learning about you, we want to understand your assets and liabilities. That way we can assist you in managing both sides of your balance sheet to help the various pieces of your financial life come together as one.
Based on what we learn, we can help you set realistic goals, prioritize your objectives and develop and implement strategies designed to help you pursue them. Our process is tailored to your needs. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we review your priorities to provide you with a stronger sense of where you stand at any moment in relation to your goals.
Our goal is to manage your financial well-being so you can concentrate on your life goals. We are committed to not only addressing your current needs, but also to anticipating and serving the financial needs of your children and grandchildren for many years to come.
Establishing the Path to Reach Your Goals

No matter what stage your life is in, whether you are preparing for retirement, planning for the sale of a business, or thinking about buying a second home – a comprehensive plan can help you achieve your financial goals.
At the Rhoda Rossetti Group, we believe that beginning with an established plan is the best step forward in the path to reach your long-term goals. We work with each client individually to develop a plan that is unique to their financial picture, goals and values. As circumstances in your life change – your financial goals will often change as well. Our planning process is dynamic, allowing for flexibility to adapt to changes in your life as they happen.
Through the use of the extensive planning tools that Morgan Stanley has to offer, we can develop a more focused financial future that incorporates not just your investments, but all aspects of your life.

About Me
Elke enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients and their families. She also has a nuanced understanding of the needs of women, many of who will take full responsibility for their finances at some point in their lives as widows or after a divorce. Experienced in moving, transferring and liquidating assets for separating spouses, Elke works with their attorneys and accountants and assists with wealth management strategies to help with their ever-changing needs as they continue to look to the future.
She believes that effective wealth management should begin with what’s important to clients on a personal level such as generating income in retirement, funding a child’s education or transferring wealth to younger generations or charitable organizations. Elke creates an investment approach that’s customized to address clients’ unique goals and concerns and help them pursue the financial futures they envision.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in finance and international business from Baylor University in Waco, Elke went on to earn her M.B.A. in finance from the University of Dallas. She also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and the Certified Investment Management Analyst®, CIMA® designation. Elke is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA®) and the Investments & Wealth Institute™ (The Institute). She and her husband, Bill, reside in Frisco with their busy, blended family of five children, Matthew, Kyle, Nicholas, Julia and Olivia. In her spare time, Elke enjoys playing tennis, traveling, working out and volunteering at her daughters’ school, Prestonwood Christian Academy.
About Me
An excellent communicator and listener, Dan’s approach to addressing clients’ goals is to spend a great deal of time with them to learn about their financial objectives and concerns. He begins by understanding their hopes and fears and what might be preventing them from achieving their goals. He works diligently to help clients bring all of the parts of their financial lives together to implement a seamless, disciplined wealth management strategy to help them build, preserve and transfer their assets.
While clients are still working, Dan can draw on a full suite of retirement planning software to help determine whether they’re on track to retire when and how they desire. After they retire, he can develop financial strategies designed to generate income, help maintain their lifestyle throughout their retirement and reduce the risk of eroding their legacy.
Dan received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, and continued his education by earning a M.B.A. in marketing from the University of North Texas in Denton. He and his wife have two sons. A longtime musician, Dan enjoys spending his spare time playing trombone in a local jazz band.
