About Christopher Rall

Christopher C. Rall is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor with The Rall Group at Morgan Stanley.

Chris has been an investment professional in the financial services industry since 1995. He began his career with Prudential Securities prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2006. His areas of focus are Asset Allocation, Risk Management, Investment Planning, Portfolio Management as well as Financial Planning. He strives to accomplish clients’ financial objectives by implementing personalized financial management solutions tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.

Chris’s professional designations include Financial Planning Specialist, Senior Portfolio Management Director, and Government Entity Specialist. He is also a multi-year member of the Century Club at Morgan Stanley. This distinction is given to Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors who demonstrate consistent exceptional service and value added to his client’s portfolios.

Chris received his M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University, B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University and completed undergraduate business administration curriculum from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Throughout his life Chris has been physically active whether its wrestling and playing lacrosse in high school, mountain biking on the weekends, playing tennis and paddle tennis, working out at the gym, completing his black belt in Tang Soo Do martial arts or taking long walks with the family dog. Staying physically and mentally fit are important aspect to daily life for Chris.

Chris has lived in the western suburbs of Philadelphia since 1975. He is a veteran tour guide at The Philadelphia Museum of Art in addition to being a graduate of the fine arts program at The Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia. Another area of interest for Chris is his long-standing participation at The Philadelphia Committee on Foreign Relations. For over 25 years Chris has been an active member at Aronimink Golf Club where he enjoys trap shooting and dining with family and friends. Chris’s greatest joy comes from traveling with his wife Kristen and their two children Connor and Grace.

About Hayden DuPont

Hayden DuPont is a Financial Advisor with Wealth Management for Morgan Stanley. He focuses on investment research and financial planning services. Hayden first began his career at Morgan Stanley in 2020 where he joined The Corcoran Ciarelli Group at Morgan Stanley, where he served as a PWM Associate for the team for 3 years. In 2023, Hayden partnered with Chris Rall where he began his practice under the new partnership. Together, they work with clients to define objectives such as time horizon, liquidity needs, return expectations, cash flow, and income requirements to cultivate unique and custom financial plans for each of their clients. Hayden currently holds Series 7 and 66 security licenses as well as those in health and life insurance.


Hayden graduated from Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA where he majored in Economics and Political Science. During his time at Moravian, Hayden was inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon: International Economics Honor Society and Pi Sigma Alpha: National Political Science Honor Society. Hayden was also a member of the lacrosse team where he served as captain for 2 years.

Hayden and his wife Kiersten happily reside in Newtown Square, PA with their Black Lab Franklin. Hayden spends most of his spare time spending time with his family, taking Franklin on adventures and golfing with friends.

Christine Gallo serves as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and is a member of Chris Rall’s team. She has been in the industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Christine worked at TIAA as a Registered Client Service Associate and has held various roles within brokerage operations and relationship management with firms such as Vanguard, BlackRock and J.P. Morgan.
