About Annamarie L Priolo

A member of the Private Wealth Management group of Morgan Stanley for over 24 years, Annamarie Priolo McGannon is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, a designation that reflects her commitment to upholding clients' best interests. Annamarie’s passion and positivity help her build deep, personal connections with her clients, who rely on her for guidance on virtually all aspects of their financial lives. 

Together with her team, Annamarie focuses on comprehensive financial planning, business strategy and financing, retirement consulting, education planning, tax-efficient investment and estate planning strategies, charitable planning, lending services, insurance consultation and customized portfolio management. She also works with clients and their tax and legal advisors in areas such as special needs planning, matrimonial planning, next generation planning and transition planning for widows and widowers. 

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2000, Annamarie worked as a financial adviser in the bankruptcy and corporate restructuring group of law firm Lowenstein Sandler, P.C., where she gained extensive knowledge of fixed income and liability management. 

Annamarie graduated with honors from Lafayette College in 1999 and has done post graduate work at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for Certified Financial Planning.  Annamarie currently resides in Chatham, New Jersey with her husband and three children, William, Jack and Julia.

About Robert J Priolo

Robert Priolo lends over 40 years of experience to the holistic practice of wealth management  of developing a road map for each client that encompasses lifestyle planning, risk management, liability management and portfolio management in a long-term plan that incorporates life’s events— expected and unexpected.  Having started his career in 1969 with the firm of Hirsch & Company, Bob has lived through 9 mergers with the firm that is now Morgan Stanley, where he has been in the Director’s Council,  through most of his esteemed career.  While with Shearson Lehman, Robert was instrumental in building the Credit Derivative Swap desk since he focused on institutions seeking to enhance portfolio returns using an option overlay strategy aimed at hedging interest rate movements.  After several decades in that area of practice, in 2004, Bob joined Annamarie’s team as the need grew for experience in hedging and monetization, options and commodities strategies and custom portfolio management.  A member of the firm’s Portfolio Management Group, Bob plays an instrumental role in researching and trading in the team’s 3 customized portfolios: the growth fund, the Dividend and Income fund and the Deep Discount fund.  Bob serves on the financial advisory committees to organizations close to him, Mount Saint Dominic Academy where his three daughters attended high school,  the Cerebral Palsy Center in Clifton, NJ and the Felician School for Exceptional Children where his son was an attendee.  Bob was a Third Class Petty Officer Electronic Technician with the US Navy serving in the Vietnam War, a winner of the Scholastic Key for Excellence in Political Science and a graduate of St. Johns University with a B.S. in Political Science.  Bob resides with his wife, Tina, of 39 years in Clifton, NJ.
