About Jay Cross

Jay Cross is Executive Director, Portfolio Management Director and has been a Financial Advisor for over 22 years. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 after opening and managing the Edward Jones Investments office in Scarborough, Maine since 2001.  

Jay focuses on providing comprehensive financial planning solutions to local business owners, corporate executives, and families that are experiencing a significant transition in their life. Prior to working as a Financial Advisor, Jay graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a B.S. Degree in Management Information Systems in 1990.

In his spare time, Jay enjoys exploring all the Maine has to offer, traveling to new places, attending live concerts, and watching live sports. He lives in Cape Elizabeth with his wife, Lynne and two children, Mason and Emerson.

Earning the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠, Steve works alongside individuals, families, and their dedicated advisors to help solve their most complex financial planning and portfolio management needs. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2002 after working in the paper industry as a chemical engineer for 15 years.  Prior to that, Steve graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1987.

Steve and his wife Marilyn have been married for over 30 years and reside in Falmouth, Maine.  They have 2 grown children who keep them busy traveling to new places.  In his free time, he enjoys golf, skiing, and wine making.

A life-long resident of Maine, she, along with her husband, David, and sons, Dillan and Austin, reside in Raymond, Maine.  When out of the office, she enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with family, friends and her dog Bailey.

About Kristoffer Noble

An experienced professional with Morgan Stanley since 2000, Kris focuses on delivering investment due diligence, risk-reward analysis and investment manager analysis to a select group of clients. He received his Consulting Group Analyst designation in 2004 and continues to design, implement and monitor portfolios to help clients achieve their long-term goals. Kris currently holds his Series 7, 63, 65 and Insurance licenses. 

Born and raised in Maine, Kris graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. He and his wife, April, and daughters, Sydney and Ava, reside in Limington, Maine. When out of the office, Kris enjoys coaching his children's sports teams and stays active in health and fitness.

About Christian Catricala

Christian Catricala is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Christian began his career in financial services in 2015, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2016 as a Rotational Analyst supporting a variety of divisions in Wealth Management. Prior to being promoted to his current role, he was an Associate Private Banker supporting Wealth Management offices in Boston, Massachusetts.

Christian is a graduate of the Merrimack College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing. He lives in Melrose, Massachusetts with his wife. Outside of the office, Christian enjoys cooking, biking, and traveling.

About Trent Blossom

Trent Blossom is a Vice President, Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. He is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients' and prospects' financial planning needs.

Trent began his career in financial services in 2012 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to his current position, he served as a Wealth Advisor at a registered investment advisor in Maine and worked in a variety of roles at MFS Investment Management in Boston, MA.

Trent graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in Economics. He completed the College for Financial Planning education program and is a CFP® practitioner. Trent earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation through the Investments and Wealth InstituteTM in conjunction with the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Trent resides in Kennebunk, ME with his wife, Emily, and two sons.

About Morgan Baughman

Morgan Baughman is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Morgan provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Connecticut College and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Morgan is originally from Waterbury, Vermont and currently resides in New York City, NY.
