Meet The Pine Group

About Kimberly L Koenig

Kimberly Pine-Koenig is a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management Director and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. With over 30 years of experience, Kimberly is one of the founding partners of The Pine Group at Morgan Stanley. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Senior Investment Management Consultant (SIMC), she works closely with clients to establish personalized financial plans and investment portfolios. Kimberly believes in a comprehensive approach that encompasses all aspects of a client’s financial life. She also assists with liability management and collaborates with clients’ legal and tax advisors to provide coordinated guidance on wealth transfer, estate planning strategies and other complex financial strategies.

Kimberly grew up with a passion and talent for financial strategizing, and started investing at the young age of 13. Prior to joining her father Roger and co-founding The Pine Group, she ran two successful jewelry design and manufacturing companies. She brings a keen understanding of entrepreneurship to the clients she serves. In 2011, Kimberly took the reins of The Pine Group and has expanded the team’s breadth of talent. She has been selected annually since 2011 as a “Five Star Wealth Manager” of the Hudson Valley, ranking highest in service and overall satisfaction.

Kimberly earned a BS in Finance and Economics from Siena College. She is an active member of the Financial Planning Association, a leadership and advocacy organization. An avid believer in community involvement, Kimberly has served on various charitable boards and committees with a focus on children, animals and art education over the last 30 years. She belongs to and served on the board of directors of the Woodstock Guild of Craftsmen. She has served on the fundraising and finance committees for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kingston, as well as the Children’s Home of Kingston. She holds a black belt in Aikido and is a member of the USAF Aikido Federation.

Kimberly has taught continuing education courses in personal finance at Marist College and continues to educate at local workshops and seminars. Her “Suddenly Single” seminars are geared to help men and women in transition take better control of their personal finances. She is committed to helping people who are going through life changes, whether due to death, divorce, retirement or business succession, and has made this one of the core focus areas of The Pine Group.

About Francis D Venezia

About David Lambert

David Lambert has been a Financial Advisor since 2014. In January of 2016, he moved his practice to Morgan Stanley to work with his respected colleagues at The Pine Group. In 2018, he was certified as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). In 2019, he achieved the Portfolio Manager designation and has recently been promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager. About Christopher Pena

Christopher joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 as a Wealth Advisor Associate. He transitioned to a Financial Advisor role in 2020 as a member of the Luksberg Peña group. About Sarah Cuozzo

Sarah Cuozzo began her career in the industry in 2013. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2018 and spent her first two years with the Firm as a Wealth Advisor Associate. During this time she completed hundreds of financial plans for Morgan Stanley clients, and became a Financial Planning Specialist.

Prior to 2018, Sarah worked in the Insurance Industry where she was a Council Agent with New York Life. She also spent a great deal of time conducting seminars and teaching Adult Education classes and seminars centered on Social Security, Medicare and Long-Term Care Solutions. Sarah’s background in Insurance, Long-Term Care and Medicare gave her a solid foundation prior to joining Morgan Stanley. Sarah is a graduate of SUNY Cortland where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Child Psychology. About Margaret L McLucas

Margaret McLucas began her career with Morgan Stanley in 1996 and joined The Pine Group in 2012. She currently maintains Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 licenses.

Margaret understands that a key responsibility of the firm is to keep clients’ day-to-day financial activities running smoothly. Her organizational experience and interpersonal skills give clients confidence that their administrative needs are being met and their client portfolios are in capable hands. Michelle Hover is a Senior Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley in Poughkeepsie, New York. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michelle has an organized and methodical approach to completing client’s requests and special projects. Michelle’s work includes helping with asset consolidation for our clients.

Michelle graduated from John Jay High School and attended Dutchess Community College. She started in the financial service business with Smith Barney in 1994 when her father, Roger Pine, a Financial Advisor and her sister, Kimberly Koenig, also a Financial Advisor, asked her to bring her assets and experience to the team.

Michelle grew up in Fishkill, New York and currently lives there with her husband Glenn, sons, Kyle and Max and their French Bulldog Cooper. Her husband Glenn is an electrician. Her son Kyle graduated from Hofstra University and her son Max graduated from SUNY Ulster. She enjoys spending time with her family including family vacations & traveling with her son Max to watch him play baseball.

About Corrina Stegner

Corrina Stegner began her career with Morgan Stanley in 2004 and has spent that entire time at Morgan Stanley. Corrina is a graduate of Columbia Greene-Community College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.

Corrina takes pride in being the first point of contact for clients at Morgan Stanley. She is highly adept at addressing issues quickly and efficiently. Corrina is committed to providing each client with the highest level of personal service, From the largest task to the smallest request, Corrina works tirelessly to exceed client expectations.

Corrina is a lifelong resident of New York’s Hudson Valley. She is currently married and has two adult children. Corrina is a member of the Greene County Region NY13 Blue Star Mothers, supports her disabled son in Special Olympics Bowling and is a life long member of the High Hill United Methodist Church.

About Elizabeth Menteur

Elizabeth Menteur is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New York.

Elizabeth began her career in financial services in 2013, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 as a Regional Client Engagement Associate.
