About Our Team

"What is most important to you?" That question guides the discussions we have with our clients. Is it a comfortable retirement, providing an education for family members, or leaving a lasting legacy?

At The Phillips Group, we are a father-son team nearly 40 years of experience helping families, professionals and institutions achieve their goals while securing their financial futures.

Our team was named to the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Management Teams List for 2025

Our team was built on three critical pillars:

  1. A commitment to exceptional client service
  2. A family-oriented approach to our practice
  3. A strong belief in transparency and integrity

The families that we invest for have been with us since Day One, and we now proudly work with their children and grandchildren. Every client is unique, but we work to provide them with the highest client experience possible to help achieve their goals.

Many of our institutional clients enjoy the stability we help to bring to their business during transitional stages, such as changes in executives or investment platforms.

Once we have gotten to know you and identified your goals, we will create a customized wealth management plan that will serve as our guide. When the plan is in place, we will continuously monitor your performance and maintain a consistent dialogue to measure your progress and adapt to any changes in your life.
