Clients We Serve

With our breadth of knowledge and experience, the Penn-Atlantic Group over the last four decades has advised a wealth of clients with distinct backgrounds, needs and aspirations. Among other types of clients, we frequently consult with the following groups.
    Icon Image
    Affluent Individuals and Families
Being affluent offers many advantages. But it also frequently adds complexity to wealth management. Whether you’re seeking to create income throughout retirement, enhance investment returns, sustain your lifestyle, establish a legacy, distribute your assets, manage tax liabilities, ease administrative burdens, provide funding for a foundation, promote good stewardship among younger family members or achieve other meaningful goals, we’ll provide tailored strategies designed to help accommodate your needs.
    Icon Image
    Plan Sponsors
Managing a comprehensive retirement program for your organization involves a variety of difficult, time-consuming tasks, such as selecting and monitoring service providers and investments; understanding, implementing and adhering to ERISA regulations; and creating fresh engagement and educational strategies to encourage your employees to take full advantage of the program. We can provide support for these challenges, help participants build financial confidence and assist with attracting and retaining top talent.
    Icon Image
    Business Owners
While some may consider your company to be a “small” business, there’s nothing small about the challenges you face as a business owner.

By leveraging our team’s experience and utilizing a dedicated network of specialists at Morgan Stanley, we can provide support for key aspects of your business, including positioning your company for growth, improving your tax efficiency, establishing a true valuation of your business, developing an exit strategy, establishing an employee benefits plan and other impactful considerations. Additionally, we can align your business plan with your personal finances to help protect yourself and your family now and for the future.
    Icon Image
    Corporate Executives
Most executives simply don’t have the time or background to find ways to help maximize the benefits of their equity compensation plan. Determining the appropriate time to liquidate stock holdings or explore diversification opportunities can be especially challenging. Complicating these matters are considerations such as the regulatory challenges—including blackout periods—you might face when accessing the assets within your corporate equity compensation plan, along with issues like restricted and control stock limitations. We’ll help provide clarity about these situations, and strive to generate the most value from your plan.

Concentrated stock positions can help generate wealth. But they also pose significant risks. Through advanced, tax-efficient strategies, we can spread your risks and seek to manage the impact of selling so you can retain more of your wealth.

Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
