About Douglas G Payne

Doug joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 after beginning his career as a Financial Advisor in 1999 with PaineWebber Inc. Doug provides financial strategies that help affluent individuals and retirees address their capital growth and income needs. He also advises trust fiduciaries, and private foundations’ boards on asset allocation and investment selection under the Uniform Prudent Investors Act. By employing a consultative approach, Doug helps establish client financial goals and objectives and creates investment plans intended to help achieve success for each client’s needs. Natasha started her career at Morgan Stanley in 2005. Prior to that she attended California State University Bakersfield, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from CSUB’s School of Business Administration.

Charles began his career in the financial services industry in 2006 when he began working at the Bakersfield office of Salomon Smith Barney. Charles passed his Series 7,65,6 and 63, as well as California State Insurance License in 2006, and has been providing valuable investment analysis since that time. He also helps maintain client relationships and assists in processing client account activity.
