About Douglas G Payne

Doug joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 after beginning his career as a Financial Advisor in 1999 with PaineWebber Inc. Doug provides financial strategies that help affluent individuals and retirees address their capital growth and income needs. He also advises trust fiduciaries, and private foundations’ boards on asset allocation and investment selection under the Uniform Prudent Investors Act. By employing a consultative approach, Doug helps establish client financial goals and objectives and creates investment plans intended to help achieve success for each client’s needs. Doug serves a select client base, including numerous business owners in the agriculture and petroleum industries, affluent retirees, trust fiduciaries and other high net worth individuals.

Doug earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Cal State University Bakersfield, School of Business and Public Administration in 1990. In 2006 he earned his Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from UCLA. In addition, he is a Portfolio Management Director with Morgan Stanley’s Consulting Group and an active member of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants.

Originally from Bakersfield, Doug still resides there with his wife and three daughters. Through various fundraisers he supports several local charities. He enjoys playing golf, fishing and traveling with his family.

Garet started in the financial services industry as a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards in 1994 almost immediately after graduating from college. He transitioned to Morgan Stanley in 2001 and has over 23 years of experience in wealth management. About Walter Russell

I am a dedicated financial advisor with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Raised by a single mom, I learned the value of hard work and determination early on. I attended San Diego State University, where I majored in finance, all while working full time through college.

I began my career in banking at Wells Fargo, building strong relationships with clients and gaining valuable experience. After a few years, I decided to transition into wealth management, a move that allowed to better serve clients' long-term financial needs.

Natasha started her career at Morgan Stanley in 2005. Prior to that she attended California State University Bakersfield, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from CSUB’s School of Business Administration.

Once at Morgan Stanley, Natasha passed the Series 7, 31, 63, 65 and California Insurance License exams and became a fully licensed Portfolio Associate. Natasha’s responsibilities include client engagement, investment analysis and project management as well as assisting in day to day operations. Her ability to multi-task across complex activities makes her a truly valuable team member.

About Charles Hudgins Jr

Charles began his career in the financial services industry in 2006 when he began working at the Bakersfield office of Salomon Smith Barney. Prior to that he attended Bakersfield College and earned his Associates Degree in Management, then went to California State University, Bakersfield, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Charles passed his Series 7,65,6 and 63, as well as California State Insurance License in 2006, and has been providing valuable investment analysis since that time. He also helps maintain client relationships and assists in processing client account activity.

Charles was born in San Clemente, California and raised in the hill country of Texas. He is an accomplished Marksman and avid firearms enthusiast. Charles, his wife and children currently reside in Bakersfield.
