About Lisa Puntillo

Lisa B. Puntillo
Executive Director – Wealth Management

Lisa began her investment career at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. where she was promoted to Principal. She joined Smith Barney in 2000 as a Senior Vice President, UBS in 2008 as a Senior Vice President and Morgan Stanley in 2017 as an Executive Director. Annually from 2007, Lisa has been an invited participant to the Barron’s Top Women Advisors Summit. Lisa was named to the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors List in 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024.
Fifteen years of Lisa’s 40 year career was spent in real estate development and finance. As an executive, she has drawn on her multifaceted business experience to advise high net worth clients for the past 25 years. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and has an MBA in finance from New York University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses and a Life and Health Insurance license.
Lisa has been a member of the board of Trustees of Ithaca College and served on Ithaca’s Endowment Investment Committee. She has also been a member of the boards of The Association for a Better Long Island, The Grenville Baker Boys and Girls Club and the Lying-In Committee for New York Hospital.

About Stephen H. Parmiter

A seasoned professional with more than 32 years of experience in financial services, Stephen joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor and Senior Vice President in 2014. He provides customized solutions for clients that include financial planning, investment strategies and asset allocation.

Additionally, Stephen is a Family Wealth Director at Morgan Stanley, which is a designation earned by an elite group of Financial Advisors who have extensive experience working with ultra high net worth families and have completed specialized training in this area. Family Wealth Directors offer direct access to an extensive range of resources needed to help highly affluent families manage the complex, multigenerational challenges of overseeing significant wealth.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Stephen was a Managing Director at The Citi Private Bank. He served in a variety of positions at the firm across multiple business segments. In his last role, he worked closely with clients and helped deliver unique solutions to manage their personal finances. That process included an in-depth consultation, which he used to develop their investment policy and establish an asset allocation strategy designed for proper diversification with appropriate investments managers. Given the dynamic nature of the markets, periodic reviews were conducted to determine whether short- or long-term changes were needed. Stephen uses this deep knowledge and experience as a framework today to continue to provide customized investment solutions for his clients.

Born and raised in Long Island, Stephen attained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Long Island University. An active member of the community, he’s served on the Board of Directors for YES Community Counseling Center and the Massapequa Chamber of Commerce. Outside the office, Stephen enjoys boating, as well as spending time with his wife and three children.

About Michael Parmiter

Michael joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor in 2021. His passion for his work comes from directly impacting and improving peoples' lives through his advice and expertise. Mike compliments his father’s 30+ years of experience with his new age analysis on emerging investment opportunities.

His philosophy is that a personalized approach on a client by client basis can provide long term financial planning solutions to meet their life goals. Michael has a deep understanding of capital markets and investing. His unique approach factors in financial goals to grow and preserve wealth.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Michael worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young for over two years. With his background, Michael has both a passion for and a deep understanding of the capital markets. Michael graduated from Georgetown University in 2018 with a double major in finance and accounting.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys skiing, golfing, and boating. He lives in Massapequa, NY and has two sisters. His belief is that people want to retire having the ability to enjoy a certain quality of life. It is for this reason that he and his Father apply family values to their business. They take this approach to create and preserve wealth for families of this generation and the next.

Robert J. Pascucci

Robert spent the first 7 years of his career at the Fox News Channel. Robert became an Associate Producer working with high-level producers, executives, and on-air personalities. Robert left television to pursue higher education at Washington University in St. Louis. In 2020 he graduated with an MBA from the Olin School of Business where he studied Economics, Finance, and Marketing. About Eric Peske

Eric began his career at Kidder Peabody in 1994 as a registered Client Service Associate where he supported two financial advisors, continuing to work at the same firm when it was purchased by PaineWebber. In 2000 he joined Merrill Lynch and developed his knowledge in fixed income, trading, and portfolio management with a specialty in municipal bonds. Eric joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 and completed the two-year financial advisor training program.

Now back at Morgan Stanley, Eric joins the Puntillo team after 16 years as a Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS Private Wealth Management. In those 16 years, Eric oversaw all trading, compliance requirements, zero cost collars, ESOP plans, restricted stock, Donor Advised Funds, and Portfolio Management for a six person team.

Eric attended Binghamton University and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 & 31 licenses.

About Elaina Flynn

Elaina began her financial services career in 2008 at JP Morgan in their Prime Services group. She served as a Client Account Manager for top tier hedge fund clientele for 5 years. Her role focused on serving as the client’s single point of contact across the entire firm to mitigate day-to-day production problems and find effective solutions. In 2013 she became a Relationship Manager at Millennium Management to learn the buy side of the hedge fund business.

Elaina then transitioned to Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in 2014 and became familiar with the retail side of the industry. By supporting a team of four Financial Advisors she quickly learned the needs of this client base and the responsibility that comes with managing personal wealth. She joined the Puntillo Team in September 2016.

Elaina holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 securities licenses and has a BS in Finance, Marketing and Economics from Fordham University.

About Russell Holtzman

Russell is a 2023 graduate from the School of Management at SUNY Binghamton where he received a BA in Political Science and an MBA in finance.

He spent his college years working summers at various companies, most notably, Golden Goose, an emerging fashion brand out of Rome. As an intern, Russell worked with the Director of Retail on real estate negotiations, store planning, and examination of store financials.

Russell joined the Puntillo Team at Morgan Stanley in July of 2023 and holds FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses.

About Meghan Murphy

Meghan is a registered client service associate with Oyster Bay Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. She started her career with Morgan Stanley in 2023 as a Wealth Management Intern in one of their Tampa Bay offices. During her time as an intern she was able to gain valuable skills that help her contribute to her role today.

Meghan graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in May of 2024 with a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in business analytics.

Meghan joined the team in July 2024 and holds a FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities license. She provides the team with essential support in various areas, including premium client services, relationship development, and banking.

About Andrew Bertalli

Andrew Bertalli is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Eastern Long Island, NY. He is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients' and prospects' financial planning needs.

Andrew began his career in financial services in 2000 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to his current position, Andrew served high-net-worth clients for over 17 years. Andrew also has worked at Charles Schwab, USAA, and TIAA.

Andrew Bertalli graduated from Saint Francis College and has a Bachelor of Science in Business. Andrew holds his Certified Financial Planner® designation. About Angelo Loumbas

Angelo is the Family Office Resources Generalist for Family Office Resources in the New York Metro and New England regions. Angelo provides specialized knowledge to ultra-high net worth clients and their Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors across a broad range of family wealth management issues, including family governance/dynamics, wealth education, strategic estate and financial planning, philanthropy management, lifestyle advisory and customized asset allocation and portfolio construction. Angelo has over twenty-five years experience advising wealthy families, business owners, and philanthropic organizations.

Originally from Chicago, Angelo practiced law for 15 years and represented ultra-high net worth clients and the businesses they owned, as well as major philanthropic organizations. Prior to rejoining Morgan Stanley in his current position in 2018, Angelo advised wealthy clients in the financial services industry for 10 years, first as a Wealth Strategist with US Trust in Chicago, then a Wealth and Estate Planning Specialist within Family Office Resources in Chicago, and finally as a Senior Wealth Planning Strategist for the Wells Fargo Private Bank in Greenwich, Connecticut. Angelo earned his B.A. from DePauw University, his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and his law degree from Indiana University at Bloomington. He is Series 7, 66 and 24 licensed. Angelo served as President of the Rotary Club of Chicago (“ROTARY/One”), the world’s first Rotary club, in 2009-2010, and now lives in Armonk, New York with his wife, a native New Yorker, and their two children.
