About Richard Palumbo

After graduating from Seton Hall University Richard began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1991 when he joined his father, Frank, at Merrill Lynch. Frank started in the wealth management business in 1982. Working closely with his father for 16 years he quickly learned that the best thing he can do for people is to listen closely to what is important to them. Richard has taken this lesson with him throughout his career to provide his clients with care, understanding, and knowledge.

With over 30 years of experience Richard joined Morgan Stanley in 2021. Since joining the firm Richard has continued to take into consideration each client’s goals and what keeps them up at night to create a personal roadmap for their success.

Outside of the office Richard enjoys spending quality time with his wife Laura, daughter Lily, and son Anthony.

About Robert D'Amato

Rob started his career in 1990 after graduating with an MBA from St. John's University and a BS in Finance from Lehigh University. While in college, Rob got his first taste of the finance world by interning at Merrill Lynch. Post-graduation Rob worked at AT&T where he gained valuable business experience. Five years later he rejoined Merrill Lynch to become a financial advisor.

Rob loves helping clients with every aspect of their financial lives. Seeing his clients investments help accomplish very important financial and life goals is the highlight of his career. Rob takes a comprehensive, planning-based approach prior to discussing investment strategies with clients. He is a resource to help clients with any aspect of their financial lives. Being a CFP®, allows him to help clients in all aspects as well as work with CPAs and attorneys.

Rob lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with his wife Gina and 3 boys Joseph, Andrew, and Nicholas. Outside of work, Rob is an avid sports fan and enjoys coaching youth baseball, football and basketball. He also is a volunteer at the Morristown Medical Center and an active member of St. James Church in Basking Ridge, NJ.
