About Jason Capps
Jason Capps is a seasoned Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he has been helping clients navigate their financial futures since 2014. His career in financial advising began in 2011 at Merrill Lynch. Jason made the move to Austin, TX in 2002 and has built a life there with his wife, Shelly, of 28 years. They are proud parents to Payton and Harrison who are attending TCU and Colorado State University.
Jason has a deep passion for understanding the impact of wealth on families and the causes they care about. Their practice is dedicated to providing bespoke, white-glove service to clients, particularly those planning for retirement, business owners, and wealthy families.

About Kemp Howitt Bromberg
Kemp Bromberg is a man of Faith, Community, and Service. A dedicated Husband, Father, and Financial Advisor who is anchored in life by his loving wife and best friend, Maggie. Together they are raising four beautiful children, two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, an Egyptian Fisher Cat, and a Bearded Dragon. Kemp dedicates his free time and resources to his family and community where he and his team are Coach and sponsors of Wimberley Youth Baseball, and other community offerings. Kemp was blessed in early education as a 3rd generation student at St. Mark’s School for Boys and later a graduate of Marine Military Academy before attending TCU. In his free time, Kemp (and family) enjoys time at the family lake house, travel, and all manner of outdoor activities. Our business focus is centered on holistic, individualized, goals-based Wealth Management and together we have built a team of bright, focused, and thoughtful individuals who are self-motivated towards that purpose.

Timothy Osgood holds integrity and loyalty as the cornerstone of his character and his life’s actions. A person who was blessed with knowing his life calling at an early age, Tim made his first stock investment at the age of 8 and obtained his series 6 brokerage licenses around the age of 19.
Tim has been truly blessed with the love of his life, Aelita for the past 17 years and relishes growing old with the woman he loves so much. Both enjoy spending time with their two cats: Eli and Lilly (yes, named after the stock/company). His hobbies outside of finance include all forms of fishing, but particularly the Texas Coast, and he is the curator of an impressive baseball-card collection.
Tim, along with his partners Kemp and Jason, focus on comprehensive Wealth Management. We do not employ a cookie cutter approach with our clients as we believe each household is unique in their goals, risk, and personalized financial advisory needs. Each client receives individualized advice, planning, and portfolio design.
