International Wealth Management

International Wealth Management is a specialized area within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management that is dedicated to serving individuals, families, family offices, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and corporate stock plan managers who live outside the United States. We also serve US citizens living and working abroad as well as those who are relocating to the United States or otherwise changing domicile.

We are based in offices throughout the United States, but often specialize in a specific country or region, and typically speak the client’s language, understand the culture and have a deep knowledge of the markets we serve. About Terry Osborn

Terry is a First Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley in New York City. Prior to that, he worked for the Midtown Manhattan Complex at Morgan Stanley. In this capacity, Jack supported a variety of Financial Advisors by enhancing new and existing relationships through active communication with clients.

Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Gettysburg College, where he played football and served as president of his fraternity. He grew up in Fair Haven, NJ and currently lives in Hoboken, NJ with his girlfriend Gabby. About Andrew Eng

Andrew Eng is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate various alternatives and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Andrew provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Connecticut State University and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Andrew is originally from Ridgewood, New Jersey and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
