Our Story and Services

Oaktide is a name that blends two seemingly unrelated ideas: the oak, representing strength and resilience, and the tide, symbolizing change and movement. Together, they embody the balance we strive to bring to every client — a strong foundation to navigate the complexities and uncertainties of life's financial landscape.
Our ultimate goal is aiming to help our clients achieve better outcomes. We start by addressing the most fundamental question: "Will I be OK?" Through decades of experience, we've seen that as financial success grows, so do the challenges and opportunities families face. Like the oak, our comprehensive planning process is designed to help you stand firm through life's transitions and even anticipate changes before they occur.
As experienced financial advisors, we've witnessed markets climb to unprecedented heights and fall unexpectedly in short periods of time. We've also seen even the most intelligent and experienced investors make emotionally charged decisions they later regret.
It's our mission to help clients navigate these extremes with wisdom and composure, keeping their focus on what matters most—their goals and aspirations.
Our clients include:

  1. Individuals and families seeking financial clarity and security.
  2. Retirees aiming to maintain their lifestyle without depleting their savings.
  3. Entrepreneurial business owners preparing for pivotal financial events or looking to reduce risk and expenses.
  4. Corporate executives optimizing equity compensation while managing inherent risks.

For all our clients, we engage in a comprehensive financial planning process that considers not only their investments but also a wide range of aspects of their financial lives. Through personalized strategies and proactive service, we aim to guide you with strength, resilience, and confidence in your financial journey.
