While the core team focuses on wealth management, John leads the practice’s corporate institutional services.
For over 25 years, John has focused exclusively in the design, implementation, and management of corporate retirement plans. As a Corporate Retirement Director, he advises business owners and plan sponsors on the complexities of Qualified 401(k) plans and Non-Qualified Executive Compensation strategies.
John acts as a strategic resource for our business-owning clients. He helps them navigate plan design, supports their fiduciary responsibilities, conduct fee benchmarking, and evaluate employee participation analysis.
As a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist℠, John provides deep technical guidance on a wide range of structures, including:
