Creating Your Plan

Our four step process was developed to help you achieve that goal:

Together, we will examine your current and future liabilities, income sources and cash flow needs, and then consider factors that might influence your overall strategy, including tolerance for risk, tax concerns, liquidity needs and time horizon. 2. Creating Your Strategy
Working from our understanding of you and your objectives, we will propose a financial plan that contains specific strategies designed to help meet those goals. Our advice may encompass issues such as retirement planning, business continuation, tax minimization potential and wealth transfer. About Barry E Numerick

Barry Numerick has been in the financial services industry for over 43 years and has been with Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms since 1982. Barry prides himself on his ability to cut through the jargon of investing and help his clients understand what really matters to them, their families and their future. He understands that many of his clients don’t have the time or inclination to manage their financial lives and need for a trusted professional team for guidance. Additionally, his team focuses on portfolio design, discretionary portfolio management strategies, and manager selection.

Barry is a Certified Portfolio Manager in addition to being a Certified Financial Planner for more than 25 years. On top of his certifications, Barry has been named to the Forbes Magazine “Best in State” Financial Advisors 2023 List Pennsylvania, and is a Pittsburgh Magazine Five-Star Wealth Manager.

Barry earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Juilliard School in New York City. In his spare time he still indulges that passion as a member of the board of directors of the Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra, where he has served for over ten years. In the past, he was also the principal clarinetist for this symphony. In his spare time he enjoys classical music and studying aviation history, another lifelong interest. He is an avid model builder and has won awards throughout the country and in Europe. He and his wife, Jo Ellen, have been residents of Greensburg, PA for more than 20 years.

Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; 2.) Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed, or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP’s consumer complaint process..
Personal bankruptcy filing within the past 11 years.
Termination from a financial services firm within the past 11 years.
Conviction of a felony.
One-year client retention rate.
Five-year client retention rate.
Five Star Professional, as a third party research firm, identified pre-qualified award candidates based on industry data and contacted all identified broker dealers, Registered Investment Advisor firms and FINRA-registered representatives to gather wealth manager nominations. Self-nominations are not accepted. Wealth managers and/or their firms do not pay a fee to be considered or placed on the final list of Five Star Wealth Managers.
