About Charlie Galante

As a financial professional with more than 20 years of experience, Charlie provides holistic wealth management solutions to corporate executives, multi-generational families and individuals planning for retirement. He specifically enjoys helping his clients navigate unpredictable markets and working with families to create a multi-generational approach to wealth management.

Charlie joined Morgan Stanley in early 2000, after graduating from Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional client service. Morgan Stanley has recognized his ongoing commitment to clients by awarding him the National Director’s Award in 2001 and 2002, as well as the prestigious PaceSetter award in 2005. Charlie earned the firm’s designation of Financial Planning Specialist in 2010, Portfolio Management Director in 2016 and Senior Portfolio Management Director in 2019.

About Spencer J. O'Brien

Spencer creates comprehensive financial plans that address several key areas including cash flow planning, Social Security analysis, education planning and risk management. Spencer graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and subsequently served as a commissioned Army Officer. Kathy brings over 30 years of experience to her role with The Northwest Legacy Group where she enjoys building relationships and providing dedicated service to clients and the team of professionals she supports.  Superior service is her goal and Kathy truly enjoys working closely with her team to achieve that end.  

Kathy began her career in the financial services industry in 1989 in Seattle has been working to grow her knowledge and resource base since.  She joined Morgan Stanley in February of 2003 and holds Series 3, 7, 63 and 66 FINRA registrations as well as Insurance Agent Licenses.

Raised in Missoula, MT, home of her alma mater, The University of Montana (Go Griz!) she currently lives with her husband and daughter on the Kitsap Peninsula and relaxes on the ferry commute to the office.  She loves to read and enjoys playing classical piano.

About Kelly Bowers

Kelly Bowers, Group Director, started her financial services career in 1998. Prior to joining The Northwest Legacy Group, she was part of a Private Wealth Management Team at Merrill Lynch supporting clients in her role as a Private Wealth Management Specialist. She served as a liaison between clients, team members, and firm specialists to help clients navigate complex issues. Kelly graduated from Whitworth University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management. She spent much of her career in Management at Morgan Stanley and its predecessors. Kelly excels at building strong client relationships and strives to create an unparalleled client experience.

Kelly lives in Bellevue with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys trips to the zoo and attending her son’s soccer and baseball games. She also enjoys time spent at the family lake cabin boating, water skiing and hiking. Kelly holds the Series 6, 7, 9, 10, 63 and 66 FINRA registrations.

About Natalie Heathman

Natalie joins the Northwest Legacy Group after starting her Wealth Management career with Morgan Stanley as a Washington Market Branch Administrator. She is committed to delivering a friendly and attentive client service experience while utilizing her excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs. Natalie graduated from Washington State University Carson College of Business with a degree in Hospitality Business Management.
